I'm pushing 60 as well...When I was in the Army a couple of years ago...lol "couple"...I could do 67 in 2 minutes no problem and 100 in 4:30. I'm afraid to try to do one...or two now. What an inspiration you are YET AGAIN!!!
Whenever I feel like excercizing, I lay down until the feeling goes away.

Used to hate pushups until I tried getting better at it. Couldn't do 20 in a row when I started now I'm at 60. Practice really makes all the difference. Hope this video inspires some to get at it.

You guys are not counting correctly. Down up is 1, down up 2, down up 3 and so on. They are called push ups.
