Mizouchi is the one that Izumi met in the science class because he left his phone there. He was jelous about Izumi being with Hori (because Mizouchi had a crush over Kyoko). I think was around those episodes about Kyoko's kinky behaviour 🤣
Hat is correct, he give hori his blazer and izumi takes it puts in on him self and giver her his for a bit while she does posters for there sports day when he comes back he puts the blazer back and his back on and leaves, izumi did get jealous and she realised it I loved that scene in the Manga and it's been animated

Remi very briefly mentioned Sengoku being self-conscious about his body in the first season when she was thinking about him and all of the ways people perceive him compared to how he actually is or sees himself. One of those was that people think he's attractive, but he wishes that he wasn't so thin. And then she mentions that she likes how thin he is.
So happy to have them back in our lives!!! The first episode was hilarious!

Love this pieces. There is a lot of good stuff that helps you get to know the characters more in the manga that was not adapted in the anime. Especially the sports festival. Love to see more of Souta and his childhood girlfriend too.

another fantastic romance anime currently airing (only has one episode left) is Insomniacs After School, i would recommend it highly even if you just watch on your own time and not for a reaction (because i dont know if its THAT popular, although it has been confirmed to get a 2nd season already) its just an incredibly empathetic and sweet series

Apparently tattoos are really, really suspect in Japan and have a strong association with the yakuza especially if they are larger. From what I gather public baths and onsen will often bar people with tattoos that they can't cover with a small patch before entry. Those that don't often either cater to foreign tourists or are associated with the yakuza.

I don't understand why cut this stories. It was better if they did a season with 23 or 24 episodes and we see this in order. Oh well...more Horimiya is good enough I guess xD
yeah idk! maybe they thought these extra scenes would mess with the pacing? or they didn’t have budget for 24 episode initially 😭
@@AlanaMisako Probably lack of budget yeah. I feel like this stories would bring Horimyia to greater heights. The 1st season also felt a bit rushed TBH xD. But thats fine!

probably because they didn't know if it would be popular enough to get another season so they opted to cut a lot of content and fit it in 13 episodes, thankfully at the very least it was popular enough for them to go back and adapt the rest of it. Once this season is finished then somebody can just cut this season and intersperse it within the 1st season to make it follow the manga

But still they missed many scenes which is very good to see in animation. But it is the first ep so I think they can add the scenes but in my opinion without that scenes it still a missing piece. Don't get it wrong it is my personal opinion after read all chapter of horimiya

It's insane to me that the production team actually tought that cutting the stuff from the manga was a good choice for season 1... Even tho the entire Japanese fandom comunity said that they should not do that... Cloverworks gotta start to talk more with their production commitees, this keeps happening every once and a while... The last few episodes of season 1 felt so out of place because of the ammount of chapters they where skipping in a single episode, a lot of character "mini arcs" and momments that where insanely good in the manga cut out... Idk, at least now they are at least trying to fix it, but Im so petty about that... PLEASE CLOVERWORKS!!! Get your shit together guys, I beg you!!!

They are really phoning it in on this one, aren't they. At this point just read the manga. It feels like a slideshow already anyway and by reading the manga you'll at least get all the parts that are still not in the adaptation.
