I am hoping in 2025 3 Doors Down will give us a new album. They seem to be way overdue on giving us some new music. Maybe I'm alone in thinking this. Come on 3 Doors Down you can do it!
Hey Brendon - not sure if you are interested or not but this weekend, including Black Friday, there is a Records/CD + expo show in PA about 2 hrs from your location. It’s at the Expo Center in Oaks PA. It’s called “not just’ Rock Expo. Maybe I will see you there.. 👍
@ cool man 🙂 Is it a black or a coloured variant? I’ve spent loads this month on CDs and vinyl, so I don’t know if I can afford it, well, this month…may be next month, lol. I’d like the cd and vinyl if I can. Been a fan of those since the beginning, awesome band then and now 🤘
@@HaakonOdinsson The color is blue.I spend a lot on vinyl and CDs too. This is like a drug to us!😀 The Van Zant and Storace cd arrived yesterday!🤘Good music listening🤘
@@MegaPalesz oh god yeah, I’m terrible for vinyl and CDs, I spend a fortune…but, I don’t drink, do drugs, or smoke, so I save a lot there, lol. Anyway, I’d rather buy that (drug, lol) and get lots of pleasure listening to them. Blue, very nice, bet it looks cool. I think I’ll hunt down a variant for my collection as well. Appreciate you commenting man, enjoy the album and hope you’ve had a great day 🤘 Edit: sorry, I neglected to say about the Van Zant and Storace albums….whats the Storace like, heavy? Loved him in Krokus, my fave album of theirs is “One vice at a time”.
Hey Brendon, I went to check out the first single from Electric Temple on Spotify only to discover the entire album is up and waiting to be listened too. I am a big fan of Andrew Freeman as well so looking forward to giving it a listen. Happy Thanksgiving to you. All the best
Another one coming out in December (the 13th, I believe), on Metalapolis Records, is Mysteria, the second album from German Eighties-style melodic rockers, Violet. Their debut, Illusions, was one of my highlights of 2022 so I'm really looking forward to it.
Haha…thanks for reminding me! I’m on vacation this week and all the days are blending together. I’d planned on posting a Sound Exchange Session video but will push that off to Thursday now…haha 😂
Michael Wilton has been called Whip for a long time. He's even signed some of my stuff Whip instead of his full name. He had his own beer called Whip Ale and coffee called Whip's Pacific Blend. One time when I met the band, I heard one member refer to him as Whip during a conversation. I already pre-ordered this album. Looking forward to something new.
I will probably get the Roxette for sure, I always liked their stuff, and their packages of anniversaries and demos and reissues have been excellent. I will probably get the WHAM single for sure, cool anniversary issue cant believe its forty and I believe there may be an issue of the Band Aid song "Do They Know its Christmas" 40th edition, there is a single out there for streaming that has the original and the 20th and 30th anniversaries and then the special 40th anniversary which splices the 3 together with some new things in there, the video is out now and pretty cool to see BONO part of all versions and how he has matured each time. For the new year a big one for me at least is the Rick Springfield that right now is preordered "Hits 2" there are some different versions of it, shipping says Feb 14th as of now no release for stores but that could change.
@BrendonSnyder I was just at the age. I was probably 10, hearing the first album on the radio. Having the male and female presence was unique. He wrote some great songs
I don’t wanna pile on if people already said Michael Wilton uses the nickname Whip. As a fan of the band from Day1 and having them in my top3 of all time, Michael Wilton absolutely has used the name Whip for as long as I can remember. His coffee line uses the name, his beer line uses the name. Just funny that this is new to you!!! Hahahah….. looking forward to Whip’s record and the Helloween live record for sure!!! Then definitely looking forward to 2025.
Coffee and Beer are not music. He also has not used “Whip” inside the liner notes for the Queensryche albums. I’m not saying he hasn’t used it. I’m saying it’s not widely known the way other artists who use it as their primary name. In interviews and inside the albums who goes by Michael. In Soulbender he goes by Michael. That’s my point. So pile on if you want but it still doesn’t make sense to me and it’s going to hinder sales so it’s a poor idea on his part.
I have never heard of "whip" either. And i has been there from the bands beginning..whatever. That Tygers album is great. Has follow tygers since 1980 and mostly all their albums are good.
Thanks for your service here...look forward to your RSD footage.
My pleasure! I hope you find it both enjoyable and useful.
The vinyl of "Animal Instinct" by Tygers Of Pan Tang arrived today!🤘🤘🤘Fantastic🤘

No I think RSD will be enough for one weekend. Especially considering how much it all costs. If you go, I hope you make some good scores.
Very cool December review,.I'm looking for a few live albums here .Thank you buddy you are amazing!!!
That Tygers album is a great. Their early stuff is brilliant (Spellbound for eg), but the later stuff is rather good too, and not slowing down
The vinyl arrived today.!🤘🤘🤘

December is always a slow month. Be watching new music finds tomorrow 😊

That roxette sounds tempting. Listening to them more these days
I definitely enjoy them more now than I did at the time. I’m more open to Pop than I was back then.

Any deep purple on the horizon 👍👍
Hi Brendon. Toni Childs from memory was an actress who once fronted Berlin.
Not the same Tony Childs and this one is a guy 😂😂😂

It’s not common but I’ve heard him referred to as such for as long as I can remember.
@benedictdonald4338 haha..ok😅
As for 2025, what about that new Savatage album? King Diamond is also due to drop his latest release.
Not heard dates for either of those yet.
TMG was first released in September on CD in Japan 🇯🇵
It will be nice for the rest of the world to get it now.
@ yep it cost me a pretty penny
😎👍
🇧🇷
''2025 is looking pretty darn good''???
So I guess Brendon is really only into music...
All I was speaking about was music. Anything else you’re inferring I’m not interested in. 👍
