Hi Sue, thanks for kind insight. I sincerely appreciate it. I truly love interviewing everyone and I am glad the fact that I care comes across. It truly amazes me where some of the interviews go and I am so interested. Hope you continue to enjoy the interviews😀
How interesting. that Keith saw Lucy on her birthday and she was all alone. Sounds like it was a sad day for Lucy but she received the greatest birthday gift when Keith showed up at her door out of the blue. She must have been so thrilled. Loved this interview. Keith is a special man. Thanks for sharing!
Great interview and wonderful memories. It was definitely meant to be that he was with Lucy on her birthday. Kudos to him for making it out of his dark place.
Thanks so much, appreciate it. It is pretty amazing that he was there on Lucy's birthday. Keith really came back from a place unfortunately many people don't.
Another outstanding interview, John. Seeing Keith is almost like seeing a Founding Father, considering the importance and impact of I Love Lucy, as well as The Andy Griffith Show. I really appreciate this channel. Well-done. I think I’ll watch again.
Thanks, John, great interview with the wonderful Keith Thibodeaux. By the way, when you mentioned Ernie Kovacs' wife (Edie Adams), it remined me that I loved her beautiful rendition of "That's All," on the final Lucy-Desi hour. She had such a terrific singing voice. Again, appreciate you having Keith on the show.

I had forgotten over the years about them, but this interview prompted me to buy tickets to their upcoming show in my area. Can't wait to see their show in a couple weeks! I watched his Babalu clip from Lucy - so adorable and super talented!
@@LizzieMoore-m6i That is super cool! I will see Keith this Sunday at an event and will let him know. I am sure he will love hearing that. Love hearing that and I agree that Babalu clip is still as cute as ever!
I just happened to come across this interview on utube and I really enjoyed it!! So down to earth and as Keith would describe it “so normal”. lol! Great interviewer John!!
I want to say I really enjoyed the interview. You were asking great questions & loved his answers! All of a sudden I had such a (?) connecting moment...he said he was so angry and raised his arm & shook his fist at God. I wont go into it, but same like torment. (I should say I was married during this. Something else had happened.) I walked away from God, I looked up & told Him, He was asking too much from me! I think I was 31, raising 3 kids & stayed mad at God till I was 48 or 49. Im 61 now and still praising The Lord!!! I hope you do add to your book, I would love to read it!!! Another great interview, THANK YOU!!! 👍👍
I believe this is the first interview I’ve seen with Keith, or certainly the most in depth one. I wish he did more live dates like the one he will be doing in Sept! Boy he has such amazing memories!!❤
Thanks Karen, appreciate that. I know he doesn’t do a lot of in person events so I understand. I am definitely looking forward to talking with him in person on September 8th at the Indian Wells event.
