- Hi Doll Friends! I'm sorry about my post laryngitis voice. It's so bad and scratchy! But on to the doll! What do you all think about this, Kinda BJD Anime Doll? She's heavy, and feels very BJD like. Love the removable eyes and wig.... No elastic inside though, which makes her not really on the "normal" BJD scale, even though she's listed as a BJD. I suppose she does have ball joints so technically, I guess she is? I'll leave that up to you all to decide! You can find her on Amazon & Aliexpress! I just received mine, she's the style with the black cloak and blonde hair, and her hair is actually remarkably different than any of the others I've seen! Instead of a wig she has a rooted head cap that can come off, and the hair can't be switched out. Its a little inconvenient but I'm 99% sure you can buy separate heads so I'm not that upset about it :) she's such a cute doll and their outfits are super high quality imo.

She’s so adorable 😍 I’ve been seeing these dolls on Amazon for a while and I’m really tempted to get the same one you ordered. The other one I also like is the Pink Nurse with the blue wig. Not too long ago they released a newer Match Girl doll that has a school uniform with a cat hoodie, a purse, and she has a pink twin-tails wig.

I bought the purple one called "Galaxy," with the blue eyes. If I get a second, it'll be the one in your video. (She was already my second choice before I saw this nice video of yours.) Yeah, this is a really nice doll line. I hope they include a smiling version some day. It would be nice to see them come out with different facial expressions for these. I think if they did so, the line would become hugely popular.

I had bought a doll from the exact same company and with the exact same face and the one I bought is named galaxy and I just LOVE her so I had bought another one named Ivan. I'm pretty sure it was proven the hands of this doll were straight up scanned and stolen off a volks sculpt. The problem with these cheap plastic jointed dolls they're often a Frankenstein of parts stolen from legitimate companies. You can argue that's slightly better than a full recast but it's a bit like putting Micky mouse's head on Pikachu's body and calling it an original character lol
Well, The hands are actually not the same as the Volks hands. The hand gesture is the same, but so are a lot of dolls, however the sculpting is actually quite different. The Volks hands have palm lines, these do not, the thumb line is also different. I actually have the original Volks hands your referencing and thought I would take a look. If they were actually scanned and copied, all these little details would be identical I would think. But their not. This isn’t a BJD recast debate here anyway. It’s just an affordable doll review that doesn’t even really fall in the typical BJD category… And I’m not trying to be rude in anyway, so I hope you don’t take it that way, it’s just that, There are so many more important things going on in the world right now than to make a Doll into a political argument. It’s just a Doll review.

i would love to know which volks hands these were stolen from? because volks has a huge range of hands and hand poses and i have several yo-sd and even msd sized dolls from other legit companies that look exactly like this hands.
