i watched before the game of shell vs ginebra in Ultra ,, i cannot remember what. year but shell won that game, ,,, outside the Ultra , after the game,, me and my brother saw bogs and greet him but he just said hello and thanks ,, somewhat shy ,,,, then we saw jaworski flanked by fans and he was just accomodating even to us !!!!

Bogs Adornado was the best sharpshooter in 1973 ABC (FIBA Asia), which was hosted by the Philippines. RP beat Korea, 90-78, in the Finals. Adornado top scored with 28pts, mostly perimeter shots. He was voted the MVP of this prestigious tournament.

If i am not mistaken in order to score you have to have an advantage over your defender whether that is thru creating your own shot by using dribble moves or going around screens in order to 1. Make your defender tired (it is much harder to defend chasing your man and bumping thru multiple screens than guarding yout man straight 1 on 1 uninterrupted) 2. Make space between you and your defender.

But being able to create your own shot makes an offensive player more versatile because screens are not always available and there are good defensive players who could sometimes quickly overcome screens.
