That sail looks well folded. Well done. Keep up the good work. If the atmosphere is nice there, stay and keep the health up. Before it gets hectic, I'd just sail away where there is less people less disaster.
As always! Thank you for sharing! Outstanding adventure you are on! Can't wait to read your book about it......hint hint. By the way, I read men against the sea just because of you. Wife bought it for me for Christmas. Great read! Thank you!
Excellent video!!! Enjoying your videos, and many thanks for sharing! Fresh water sailor here, in the middle of winter here and boats on the hard, so living vicariously through your epic adventures! Sail on mate!
Bonus content?! Score! Nice mini-tour of Uturoa Village, it looks like a pretty well maintained town and that shop was definitely well stocked for being so far away from the mainland. And what an epic sunset at the end, thanks for sharing James! May fair winds be with you! 🌬⛵
This was a super surprise, thank you James and Team James for sharing this lovely video. Just looking at that beautiful fresh food market brought me to question for ya James. So, do you ever fish or spear fish? I haven't seen you do these things, but man those fresh veggys coupled with some freshly caught fish/lobster etc. would be heaven!! Anyhow, safe travels my friend....Neil
James super enjoyed this Bonus episode. What a stunningly beautiful spot. Your wonderful at everything you're doing. I've watched all your episodes. Tho I have been working on a TugBoat cooking an Crew... So as you kno spotty WiFi 😏! Thanks for sharing your life with us, grateful for you and the wisdom you share✌🏼💗😊⛵
@@SailorJames I sometimes feel like I'm on a train at night when all you see are channel lights vessel lights a homes an businesses . James the only part I did like but happily do , are checking the lines from Tug to barge to barge. Day is fine but night not so much...! Going back on soon apparently I've impressed the Captain an good food didn't hurt😊... Thanks for reminding me to not only follow my dreams but live them as well!! Fare winds my friend ✌🏼💗😊⛵
Happy New Year and thanks for the bonus episode, James. Precedent now set, 2 per week would be most welcome😉 How about an episode of your sailing/anchorage(s) highlights 2022? Wishing you a fantastic 2023. Cheers.
Great videos, I liked all of them on my other account. I live a very boring life, I go to work and back home and I dream about one day leaving everything and going sailing around the world like you. But I don't think it is ever going to happen. I will probably try to find someone that has a sailing boat and ask if I can join them on a short trip. I hope you good luck on your adventures. Anyway, you look like a pirate a really cool one. :)
Im kind of laughing. You try to please your audience so hard. Show the scenery of the places but it seems your happiest on your boat. Lol. A man and his ship. Luv this channel! Thanks dude.
James is planning on sailing to Sydney and then up the east coast and through the Torres Strait to Darwin. In his live stream after arriving in NZ he said he had considered sailing to Tassie but the extra distance means he wouldn't be able to clear Oz before the cyclone season. Hopefully next time around he'll visit Melbourne and Adelaide where I'm based.
Brother James at 10:06 you passed by those small bananas.... in Samoa they are called 'mesa luki' or something like that... they are the sweetest banana its like a candy banana... Try one next time you come across.
I hear you regarding your own anchor vs. mooring buoy, but depending on the bottom, the chain on our boats can be really bad for the environment. Just sayin . . .
Hi James. I really enjoy your channel; the videos and content are top-notch, but I wish you would re-think the decision of the music. I so enjoy the natural sounds of sailing.
How many movies or TV shows have you seen with no music? The great majority of people prefer it, including myself, and I make videos I would want to watch.
Aww I thought we were going to see more jungle, but that fruit was nice. I bet their mangos & banannas & papayas are are dirt cheap there, since anybody can grow them. Hope you got some of them, great selection.
ahoy Capt. lovin your content and what your doin, one thing.... enough of your face a foot from the cam, constructive criticisim I hope, Really I love your style !!! Dean

You can’t fish in the lagoons of the South Pacific because of ciguatera poisoning

your photography seems to be getting much better
I have been making sailing videos since 2015 so it’s more likely that what I am filming has just gotten more beautiful 😂
Im kind of laughing. You try to please your audience so hard. Show the scenery of the places but it seems your happiest on your boat. Lol. A man and his ship. Luv this channel! Thanks dude.
Been in the marquises in 2011.....a sailboat baptism turned into a nighmare! I got lucky
Great bonus! Love the channel and wondering are you sailing to Melbourne Australia? When you cross the Tasman...all the best

Sail to Pitcairn island James.

Yes when I was in American Samoa I accidentally bought 18 of those bananas thinking I was buying 8 😂 unbelievably delicious
I hear you regarding your own anchor vs. mooring buoy, but depending on the bottom, the chain on our boats can be really bad for the environment. Just sayin . . .
I would never anchor anyplace where my anchor would damage the coral
@@SailorJames Good on ya'! Wish everyone did.
What brand is your inflatable? Cheers!

@Sailing Triteia I still enjoy your videos and content, nothing personal. I'm old; I just turn down the noise when it comes on.

Thanks for not doing something - thanks for not posting "shorts" as youtube tries to compete with TicTok.
