Starting my stress leave today from full time emergency nursing over the last four years straight through the pandemic and through the exodus of nurses leaving and working extremely short staffed. I had a few vacations over the way, but most of them were just time off to get married, which was NOT a break lol. I loveeeeeee my job, but I was at a breaking point and needed some time off (2 months!!!!) to get some help and talk to a therapist and have time to eat healthy and workout and get some good new habits. Rest my body from those 12 hour nights so I can come back stronger than ever and continue helping people and saving lives. I love it. ANYWAYS!!! This playlist is the first thing I put on this morning on my first day off and boy oh boy oh boy do I feel like an 18 year old teen again with wide eyes and feeling the good vibes. What a great way to start my healing journey. I will be listening to these playlists for the next few months. THANK YOU!!!!
