MARETU's lyrics are ambiguous, this is how I interpret the lyrics, so take them with a grain of salt. I hope you'll enjoy it, I focused on using hand and eye expressions.
There are numerous song references in the lyrics, I only highlighted the ones I'm quite certain about. I'm unsure about a few, like at 1:10, the rhythm feels like New Darling, or the "Try me !!" is like "Play me" from that song too.
92 is an angel number:

About the Takanotsume chili peppers, it's either that or hawk claws.
Personal interpretation: This person became insane due to all horrible circumstances they describe and calls themselves Angel 92. The 92 references the above angel number, as this maniac thinks they're doing the right thing. This maniac has a baby's eyeball in its left hand. The maniac talks to it as if it were alive, that's why there are so many affirmations: "don't you think so too?" That is why "That baby is looking", and since the maniac talks to it, the maniac imagines the baby can still listen. The baby's eye most likely comes from the maniac's baby who died during a school tragedy, and the song's victim feels like the maniac's partner. I believe that because the left hand's ring finger is torn off at the end, that's the finger wedding rings go on.
