Looking for a sweet treat to go with the apples you gathered on your latest visit to the orchard? Whip up this super easy Cream Cheese Toffee Dip; made with tangy cream cheese and sweet toffee bits, this dip is the perfect pairing for crisp fall apples.
The Cider Vodka-Rita combines the tangy, citrusy essence of this classic cocktail with the crisp sweetness of apple cider, resulting in a drink that is both familiar and delightfully seasonal

Toffee Cream Cheese Dip with Apple Slices
Ingredients
8 ounces Whipped Cream Cheese
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Heath English Toffee Bits (I’m using the coated with Chocolate)
2-3 medium tart apples sliced
Instructions
Slightly soften cream cheese and stir until smooth.Add vanilla, brown sugar and mix.Add Heath Bits and mix.
Note: if the mixture is too thick add a teaspoon or 2 of Milk to get the right consistency.
Cut your Apples into slices. Dip into lemon juice to prevent browning. And dry with paper towel. Arrange on plate around the dip. Garnish top of dip with Toffee bits.
Cider Vodka-Rita Cocktail
Ingredients
1 oz Vodka (I’m using Tito's)
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh Lime Juice (plus extra 1 Tbsp to wet the rim of the glass)
3 oz Apple Cider
Cinnamon Sugar mixture to rim the glass
Apple Slice, Cinnamon Stick for garnish
Instructions
Put 1 tablespoon fresh Lime Juice in a saucer wet the rim of your glass. Put the Cinnamon Sugar mixture into another saucer and coat the wet rim on your glass.
Add the Vodka, Cointreau, Lime Juice and Apple Cider to an ice filled shaker and shake until very cold.
Pour into your glass and garnish with an Apple Slice and Cinnamon Stick.
