Why is this contractor not arrested by now. His crimes are worse than those of Thabo Bester.

Tired of BEE tired of unions halting everything, construction mafia deals/threats. Fake qualifications and skills
Unable to pay a high amount of qualified staff. Cant pay minimum wages. Post covid greed. 70% commision. Lawlessness. Any caught gets a quick get out jail fee. Many reasons at this point just pick 1 and go with it...

Why must SA's pay? They must find their own transport and way home. They came here and took jobs from locals.

This inhuman statement of degrading other nationalities after this tragedy is painful. Haven't you noticed that people are traveling in different countries in search for better life. Yes, some may not have documents but they were working irregardless of hard conditions. Have you ever seen people working in construction? That type of work is hard labor and probably they were under paid.
At this point let us pray and focus for the bodies to be found because time is not on our side. We only have one life on earth.
Sending my deepest sympathy and condolences to all who passed (from every nationality).

They should be asking the relevant countries to repatriate their citizens as they were legal in their own countries. Why should South Africans have to assist when we are the ones who are unemployed & denied employment by these big companies because they want cheap labour?!
& where is the contractor responsible for all this?? Shouldn’t they also be responsible for repatriation since they employed these people without documentation?
    The jokes write themselves!

Should'nt the cost of repatriation not be claimed from their employees?
