I love how you suggest turning off the computer at the end! Great advice for this crafter who spends more time watching others create than doing my own thing haha Thanks for a lovely card tutorial!
I used your measurements exactly but mine didn't go clear across the A2 card. I love this fold the best because it shows more of the coordinating color on the back. If I don't trim off the 1/2" from the 12" width it will fit better. Any idea why yours fit but mine didn't? I could also trim off the side of the card base to make it fit.
You are amazing Lyssa! I LOVE THIS fold! I am going to turn off my computer and do one right now! So fun! Thank you for sharing this!
Love these drapery cards and how simple and easy your instructions are. Thanks Lyssa!

Does it matter if the cardstock is thick or thin to do the fold. Was just curious if it matters or affects the folds in any way. thank you.
I wouldn't do it with cardstock, just patterned paper. Higher quality tends to be thicker--flimsy cheapo stuff might crease and tear. Great question!
Do you glue it down????
+Laura Paraday yes you would adhere it to the card front. You do not have to glue every individual fold down, though.
