How to Cook Chicken Curry

- Ingredients :
1 kilo chicken breast, salt, black pepper, oil, garlic, onion bulb, 3 Tbspn. Curry powder, 2 Tbspn. Curcuma, 1 cubes, hot chili and 1 big can coco milk and 3 cups of water.
Procedure :
Saute garlic and onion bulb, add chicken chunks fry a little bit, then add salt, curry powder, curcuma, black pepper and cubes. Stir to amalgamate ingredients. Add coco milk simmer for 5 mins. Add 3 cups if water simmer for 15 minutes. Add corn starch deluted in water for thickening the sauce. Serve.
