Dear Bertin, as I had told you, this my hometown. I was born and brought up here. So my comment is going to be one of the longest, if not the longest on your channel, sokoo. Buckle up!!!
First thing first, I propose you just speak to the citizens of this beautiful town, in Swahili. Ni bora kuliko English.
Now, a few corrections, at the 1:58 mark the rider tells you that thst is the main street. No it is not. Moi avenue (the name of the street) is just one of the main streets. What you could consider the main streets include Nyerere Rd (named after the Tz president) that runs from Likoni Ferry to Pandya Roundabout (ask any boda guy and he'll show you). From there to "Barclays Digo Rd" roundabout (minute 3:22), it is called Digo Rd (on the left is the famous Mackinnon Market also known as Marikiti). From the r/about to the place at minute 6:08 it is called Abdel Nasser street (named after the former Egyptian President). Post the minute mark, it is known as Sheikh Abdulla S Rd (where you were stuck in traffic - with Coast General Hospital on your left). All that stretch is indexed as A14, part of multinational A14 road that starts at Bagamoyo, Tz, all the way to Malindi up north.
The other main road starts at "Barclays Digo Rd" r/about and goes all the way to Mainland west before continuing to Nairobi as the Highway A109.
At the minute 7:55 mark is the Buxton Point, which is one of the grand public housing projects that is part of the current national government's plan.
At mark 9:30 is the "Happy Hour" initiative used to alleviate traffic gridlock to north coast. It involves opening all the roads to drive in direction for about 15 minutes from 5:30pm all weekdays.
At minute 9:40 is Tudor (pronounced as chUUda) Nora across the Tudor Creek. It is one of Mombasa's more affluent neighborhoods.
The area at minute 13:04 is called Barsheba like the city in the Bible. Kisauni is not an estate but one of Mombasa County's six sub-counties. Barsheba is one of the "districts" of Kisauni. Think of Kisauni like of Dar es Salaam's 5 districts (eg Ubungo), and Barsheba as a Mtaa (eg Msewe). Minute 13:38 is Mlaleo, minute 16:01 is Mtopanga (named after a brook that used to cross that exact location before it was blocked) aka Panga River.
From minute 17:36 to the end of the video are specific residential complexes, and estates, starting with Zaituni/Ratna, Bashir/Ajanta (at minute 18:19), Lakeview (18:46), before joining the Bamburi Mtambo Rd at minute 19:29 (the road is named after the Bamburi Cement Factory found along the road)
    Hope all these help.
PS: most if not all "boda boda" riders (and generally all residents of the city) don't really know road names.
Unlike in Tanzania where people navigate via road names and indices, Kenyans navigate with landmarks. I believe by now you should've noticed we are not very good at naming, indexing and marking our roads (unlike say Tanga and it's 21 indexed roads).
So you are best placed to activate Google Map on your phone and use it to navigate the city (Kenya is one of the very few African countries that have been mapped very well by Google.)
    Be blessed.

Mombasa appears to be on the same level as Dar es Salaam in terms of development and infrastructure! 👀🤔The only thing remaining is to build a BRT system like Dar and we’re good to go! 😊 Otherwise nice video 👍

I like it the way its raw and unfiltered. Thanks for showing us Mombasa. I see similarities with Zanzibar and Tanga. The government of Mombasa should do something about public transportation. They can introduce big buses like the way it is in kigali Rwanda or if they have a huge budget, they can close some roads and introduce a BRT system or trams. Matatu and Tuktuks may be banned to access the Island but rather they build them a bus Stage somewhere near bridges where they will pick people who will be bought by trams/brt buses from cbd. just like the way they do it in Dar es Salaam BRT terminals
