A 3.1 would actually equate to a low 70% if u do the research carefully. Now, 70s at Harvard is AMAZING. Asian universities make the entry barrier so hard for students that most ppl can’t evn fcking get in. On the contrary, north american universities/colleges lowers entry barrier but they kick out students every year by making content in course super hard. If a particular year tends to hv smarter kids without anyone failing, they curve ur mark down so u fail! So, 70% at Harvard is considered really good, he couldve scored low to mid 80s, potentially a 4.0 if universities didn’t curve marks here. In conclusion, gpa is not just out of 4.0 but treat it as the highest mark is 4.0 (essentially a 85% at my university but can vary in other places) and people who hasnt went through what Jeremy went through has no right to criticize about his marks. Man was facing racism, prejudice, stereotype and he still has to keep up with his studies despite ppl judging him! Go bck home srsly, u rlly think scoring a 3.0 is easy with global top 25 unis? U must be joking out here
