Estella? Could u help me? I made a study channel yesterday and I wanna get the word out about my tips. Could u maybe make a video about UA-cam channels to help people study and maybe include me? You don't have to but I really wanna get my videos out there for the people who have trouble studying.
Let's be real for a moment, You saved my scolarity ! I learn to romatized it, I learn to do a routine for myself with your videos I was able to have a healthlier relationship with my phobia of school. I have no idea how to thank you enough but thank you forever
@@NailsbyLolish The hardest thing is to actually get started. I cried the first time I sat a my desk to work, I had to stop. I tried to saw the positive of it "I sat at my desk" small steps ! I also used comfort characters in my head that I study with (I am mentally stable 👍) and pretty and or new stationeries had a good impact on my mind too. I started to write the routines I wanted, tried to stick to at least 70 % of it. Even if I only do 5 push up because it's my best for the day, I need to try and get content about it. (Your best is not the same everyday) Mindset !! A positive one, that what works for me !
I’ve seen many, MANY “glow up, it girl, improve” videos. They all feel empty with habits that just “feel good” but don’t really contribute nor change you (yet I still watch them while doing my chores). This is the first video that made me go “YES !! That !!” Thank you and congrats, instantly subscribed ❤❤
As someone who had anemia, iron, calcium and vitamin D deficiency all at the same time, I find it VERY IMPORTANT that you started the video recommending a blood test for these conditions. Also, I would highly recommend checking the thyroid levels, cause that can cause some bad symptoms aswell, all hidden and very often confused with “psychosomatic”(which, if you happen to have a psychosomatic condition, it doesn’t mean it won’t need treatment!!!)
My bf broke up with me two weeks before Christmas and I’ve been very sad nd now I’m in my lazy girl era. Haven’t gone out the house and I’m rarely talking to my family. I’m determined to get out of this era for sure and get back to being me.😊
Girl you got this!! My ex dumped me right before Christmas in 2020 but I started college a little later the next year and found some new hobbies! Enjoy your freedom and just take it one day at a time :). I know exactly how you feel, and it feels like the end of the world sometimes, but it gets better 😊

I really appreciate how you include nutricion into your videos and also how sometimes we just have to supplement this. Other things that can be missing and make you tired: B12, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Omega 3 - Also: Some Vitamines should be taken together: Iron with Vitamin C, Vitamin D together with Magnesium, Calcium and Vitamin K. Also: Never test your iron, test your ferritin. It might already be very low even if the iron levels are still kind of ok.
I’ve learned the hard way that nutrition is very important 😅 and yep very true. my ferritin levels were insanely low! But already by that time so was my hemoglobin 😬

I will literally plan out every detail of the next year (for example planning 2024 in 2023) down to every single daily habit, but as soon as that new year actually comes, I don't want to do anything I planned. I think its because when im planning, i feel organized and productive, but i didnt realize i was just putting off the important tasks in my life. so now im going to work on that, TYSM!!
Okay, so my previous UA-cam account got deleted and I used to watch your videos from that account religiously and even re watch it when you wouldn't upload anything new. I was so glad when UA-cam recommended me your channel again after almost an year. You're the reason I got 96% in my Boards(it's a national level test for students in India after high school).
I live in an RV, and so we travel all the time. Though I will say, as someone who loves comfort and nostalgia, it has become hard for me to distinguish between the different places we visit. As you said, it's become a blur, although, tbh i also spent way too much time thinking, fantasizing, and in whole other places 😅😅. I love your vids, they have always been so motivational. Ello! Idk if this will help a lot, but I’ll do my best as a Highschooler to give you advice - stay out of drama as much as possible, it isn’t worth it - don’t get into relationships, most middle school and even high school relationships are extremely toxic and not worth it - stay on top of your work, a few missing assignments is fine, but don’t let it become a habit because it will bite you in the butt later - get to class early if you can and make friends with your teachers. I do this a lot and almost every time, the teachers are extremely lenient with me on late work or needing to leave class - join clubs, sports, and/or band/choir! (But don’t override your schedule to the point you can’t manage everything) - research different studying and note taking methods and try them out, this will help you a LOT in the future - explore new hobbies and learn new skills! - research burnout and learn how to avoid it so that it doesn’t override you in the future - have period supplies on you AT ALL TIMES! I started my period at school and I am so thankful I had stuff with me. If you have a lanyard, I suggest putting a small pouch on it that can hold a few spare pads/tampons for an emergency. You can also keep them in your school bag or in your locker and there are a ton of UA-cam videos you can look up for what else you can have for period emergencies. - don’t worry about makeup or your image too much, most skincare isn’t made for younger people and I guarantee that most people are too worried about themselves to notice you - your teacher is going to massively impact how much you love a subject - before school begins, know your schedule and know the layout of your school. It helps relieve stress massively. - don’t worry about aesthetics, they don’t matter and again, probably no one cares or notices but you I think that’s everything off the top of my head, but please feel free to ask me any questions you have!

Track yourself to be consistent 11. Regularly check & handle your finances and expenses 12. Try new things, fun things, make memories with your loved ones

LOL 🤣 I had actually just gotten LASIK surgery and was lowkey paranoid so I was trying to protect my eyes from bright sunlight + my dog 😹💖
