@@saviovaz2903 You cannot blame any political party for migrants coming into goa because migration into goa started during the Portuguese rule itself. During Portuguese rule migrants crossed goa border illegally during night time. But after liberation when goa became part of india all Indians were free to move to any part of india. An also because the political party who ruled goa after liberation never asked for special status when niz goenkars wanted it an also central government was ready to grant it.
