Thanks to Nicole’s playlist I get to revisit old routines that I love so much. I’ve done almost all of her resistant band workouts but this one for some reason is one of my favourites! Perfect amount of burn, fun mix of exercises, lovely stretches and a full range workout. Nicole is my absolute idol and a beautiful person in and out for how much she has done for the Pilates community, beginners and advanced alike. I'm new to her channel but I'm finding the weekly playlists sooooo helpful. I don't have to agonize over what workout to do, I can just follow the playlist and know that I will have a perfectly currated and balanced week of workouts and if I choose to, I can add on some of her short workouts :)
That bridge set laying on the mat with the band, especially the clam move with the leg extension.....whew, what a killer! I loved every minute of it.

This was amazing, especially the bridge series and the arm series. I would love to see more with bands, especially for an arms workout because that is the area I always feel least inspired strengthening! Thank you for all that you do!!

I just wanted to leave a wee comment saying how much I ADORED this workout! I was diagnosed with PCOS at the beginning of this year and I’ve made a lot of life changes following this. One being Pilates workouts rather than HIIT. This has genuinely been my favourite workout I’ve done so far and I felt SO good all the way through it (even though it was so challenging!). @@nicolehalme4474 100% yes!! Lean muscle and definition on my whole body! I’m still going strong with her workouts every day and the results are such a motivator! I feel like Pilates is a good mix of yoga-like exercise with more active movement!

My first workout with the new booty bands and I LOVE them!! I've been using a silicone/rubber style for a while now, so these are a challenging and HIGH QUALITY set!! I'm so excited to continue on my journey better equipped. Thank you for providing fantastic workouts and equipment!

Used a light band since I’ve never done this class before and excited to try again using medium. I liked another’s comment about using 2 strengths depending on arms/glutes. I really enjoy doing your workouts and only look for your ones. More Pilates from 30mins to one hour with weights and band be great also. But I enjoy repeating them and mix it each day. Thank you I always enjoy this every morning.
This was my first class with Nicole, and I was really on fire, the burn is real with the added bands! Would love to see more of the workouts including the band! ❤
This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

This workout was such a burner and as always great fun! I'm a competitive weightlifter (so I do consider myself relatively fit 😂) and through covid can't train as I usually would. I found these Pilates workouts a month or so ago and have fallen completely in love! They sometimes make me feel really weak, but all in all they are a serene and beautiful addition to my strength training that I plan on keeping long after covid lockdown are gone and I can resume my usual training.
