I thought wax, I have psoriasis and get flakes similar to this when it's bad but under the scale you can clearly see the red of the patch of affected skin. There looks to be absolutely nothing even on his forehead where its completely visible

Honestly, it’s just some sort of wax. Dandruff doesn’t act like that on a scalp. If you truly had this much built up dandruff then your scalp would bleed. And every video, it’s just the same guy with all of this dandruff.
