Did not like the look of the stock system, and wasn't particularly fond of the sound from the stock exhaust. The Akrapovic looks amazing and sounds good.
Mine came with the Acro muffler and I still wasn't happy with the exhaust tone. I got a servo buddy and it made a world of difference. If you are looking to get a very throaty sound that will do it. It was just what I was looking for.
Thanks, pretty happy with the difference over stock the slip on gave, it has a nice throaty tone, without being overly loud. I may look into the servo buddy but need to be careful, the police are now pulling over anything they think is modified and handing out big fines. The slip on won't trigger that, but anything else might.

The dealers can not seem to find the matching top box or panniers in Gravity Blue from BMW.. I heard you mention the gravity blue panels you just picked up for the panniers and top box. Can you let me know what bmw top box and panniers you bought, what colour and where you got the matching gravity blue panels please. I also love the Akropovic slip on. It sounds great.

I am in Ottawa, could not buy the BMW in blue, so bought them in black, I had the panels painted to match the blue on the bike
