Thanks for sending the insert so quickly and for great support! The product really looks well made. Great idea to fix this problem - very happy with it.
What’s the timetable on how long these will last? My bushing is already showing signs of being torn but not as much as yours. Has there been any reports of this breaking and what’s it made from?
It is nylon CF and there is no reason it should break down or fail as it is simply filling the void of the OE bushing. Obviously nothing lasts forever but I couldn’t say exactly how long other than a really long time. For 120 bucks it is worth it.
Are you still making these? I just got a 16' 550i and have a vibration on acceleration im trying to figure out. This seems worth buying even if my bushings aren't bad 😂 Edit I'm at 88k miles.. any ideas of what else to look for?
Should this cause chassis vibration when accelerating as well ?, as technically the differential will bend and the driveshaft wont be linear when accelerating and also since it transfering power, it won’t be stable and instead of pushing the power to wheels it will soak some of that power and vibrate since it’s loose on that bushing
Yes, this is perfect 🤩 mine is not broken yet, but I need to get one of these inserts before it does , I would like to order one also and how much are they?
Don't forget this is also an UPGRADE over OEM, so you can do it even if it's still good. The cost is 60 dollars shipped to anywhere in the lower 48. If you are outside of the lower 48 write me for a quote. Paypal dlepper@bimmerhausperformance.co or check out or order online at bimmerhausperformance.co Thanks!!!
You can email me at dlepper@bimmerhausperformance.co or message me on instagram or facebook @bimmerhausperformance - I'll get you a quote for shipping and you can paypal (or whatever app you have) Thanks!
@ it will fix any vibration as long as it is coming from the rear diff bushing. However the most common issue is excessive “dip” on the rear suspension upon shifting.
Hi, I think its a good Idea. But in Europe, no chance. We have safety inspections every one or two years. And they look especially for those respective parts. But, still good idea. Good luck with your business....
Hey mate, I sent you an email earlier this week looking to order an insert. I have a 2015 BMW 520i so want to make sure it’ll fit before I buy it. Please reply to the email :)
I can appreciate where you are coming from but there is a little more that goes into cost in a US based small scale custom manufacturing business than just the parts. I know something that is less plastic and more expensive: Invisalign braces 😬 different deal but proves the point. If you don’t want an ugly smile you gotta pay to play. Everyone I have spoke with is happy with the product and has ended up saving money and time in the long run! Thanks for your comment!
maybeyou should of mentioned the downside to this bush delete mod LOL ill leave that upto you. unless your tracking a car there are so many bad points to getting rid of your bush movement. there is a reason they put a gap and rubber around the bush. and thats not so you can hammer a solid part inbetween and stop all and any movement of the diff. youldnt jam a solid piece of plastic between your springs, to stop them wearing your shocks out. and to get it stiff like a race car would you. so why would you do this.

Mines are already separated hopefully this would do the trick
I think it could! Even if yours is in bad shape once you get the pressure off, you should be able to get this insert in there.

This is just for the rear main one as the 2 fronts are less likely to go out. Cost is 120!
Is this available for a 2014 428i ?
Not yet, but I could look into it if you would like to test fit it for me. Reach out to me on Instagram.
How can I buy this?
Just ordered one.
Will this get rid of vibration ? mine is cracked
As long as it is not too far gone, yes!
Did you fix the vibration?
@ it will fix any vibration as long as it is coming from the rear diff bushing. However the most common issue is excessive “dip” on the rear suspension upon shifting.
I just replaced the bushing, like throwing a bandaid on it, not great
Not really, it works well actually. Especially if you use windshield adhesive when you install.
AMAZING!
Thanks!

I wouldn’t knock it til you try it. This isn’t a fully solid mount application like you are assuming.
If BMW didn’t take the piss for this job it would be worth getting it done but sytner want £1350.00
same as putting solid poly bushes on
