I hate it how xiaomi has too much security, I cant even install a simple mod for a game :( btw reseating your phone is not worth it I dont recommand it.

I don't need to hard reset, just remove the install unknown sources permission on your browser / file app and allow it again and it works.

That's not the reason for this issue, it's a literal bug. You can set it to allow the unknown sources and it still wont install
