He had a female childhood friend who soon ruled a powerful gang. Takemichi was about to die from mikey until the girl told mikey that she would disband her gang if he would stop hurting takemichi. Maybe at that point mikey could've hurted her too but didn't. There was also a time where when Emma died (this was before the thing in the paragraph above happened) and mikey was devastated + emotionless but still tried to pull through. Mikey never hurt any girls tbh
