after tossing and turning for 3 hours, watching spa music and guided sleep meditation, i can’t sleep. i watched this and 20 minutes - I get drowsy and started sleeping. though i still feel sleep deprived after a busy and tiring week, the 7 hours sleep I just had definitely helped. i’ll be continuing to play this before i sleep until i get better. thank you so much for this video 🙏🙏🙏

What if i want to clear an entire building not just a room? Would I need to go in every single room or can i just set the intention? I stay at a homeless shelter and i am trying to uplift the place a bit well, a lot. There is way too much general negative energy visiting and staying here between the residents, the employees and those homeless that are still outside trying to get shelter and being turned away every day. A lot of the workers shouldn't even be working in hospitality because they put off an impression that they think they are above the ones that are getting help here and like to act like they have some sort of an illusionary power they like to try and throw around and it's just gross but it is what it is when someone shows you who they are believe them and they do so i don't question what i see but I'd like it to effect me even less than it already does which is it doesn't because i am in control of myself and not bothered but i guess what i really mean to say is i am trying to get some of this stagnant energy and negativity off of these people i am having to be in a space with ... Misery loves company so it would be nice if i can transmute it and the company it keeps which is this whole building outside of myself from what i can tell... Sorry I'm long winded but in short i am trying to do them a favor if they are subconsciously willing to receive it. 😂
