- Check out these highlights from the Iowa Hawkeyes' 72-66 win over the Georgia Bulldogs in the 2nd round of the Women's NCAA Tournament. Iowa star Caitlin Clark finishes the game with a double-double and breaks the Big 10 record for the most assists in a single season.
Super woman. CC is one the best hoopers I’ve ever seen. Crazy with the shots, even better floor general. Insane.
They did say just that on tv this past week. "Catlin Clark is the best female basketball player in history." Catlin and Monika are the dynamic duo to me. ♥

Convenient how ESPN cut out the 4 intentional fouls called on Georgia from the highlights. The two in the last five seconds leading to four CC free throws KIND of impacted the final score...

They did make a video specifically for the last intentional with "Caitlin Clark shoved into bench area" in the title. But I agree. Would have made sense to include them in a full game highlights video.

As a Dawgs fan watching this was pain. Speaking of pain the end was shameful how the Dawgs tried roughing the Hawkeyes like that.
Well considering how their coach spoke at the post game comments it's no wonder. Not impressed, she didn't so much as to congratulate Iowa or apologize for the ending with two straight intentional fouls, saying Diamond Battles was the best on court when C Clark had 22 points 12 assts n three steals I mean it was clear the Clark was best player on the court not Battles.
Thank you for admitting their behavior was shameful.
Well… the refs weren’t calling the reach in to extend the game. It was painful at the end but we played a great game and kept it close. I’m proud of my dawgs!

Hope Hannah Stuelke's foot heals in time for next week's games. They really need her.
That Georgia gal that hurt Gabby in the last minute of the game should have not been able to play with those long fingernails. The clearly showed her weaponized fingernails and Gabby was lucky to not get maimed. Long nails are against NCAA Women's Basketball rules and should have been trimmed close before letting her play. That is the other team's coaches fault and the fault of the referees not checking for that infraction and taking care of it. If you notice, none of the Iowa team players are wearing glamour eyelashes, wearing long fingernails or any other such nonsense. Team coaches need to take charge. The violence at the end of that game falls on the lack of the Georgia coaches leadership.
Because all of the "women" on Iowa obviously care less about looking attractive. I can guarantee Iowa will lose to a team with long nails, long lashes etc like the Vols or Gamecocks. It's a new day whitey

@@AlexOtto Definitely! Usually the team is good about playing the perimeter until something opens up inside...alot of forced passing inside that really wasn't necessary....c'mon girls....hopefully they iron things out for what lies ahead...its only going to get tougher!!

Why aren't the two dirty intentional fouls against Georgia in the last 3 seconds not shown here. Katie AH must teach that dirty behavior and attitude to her players, because that comes from the top.

Georgia Bulldogs played dirty at the end of the game. Not cool. The bulldogs should have risen above the cheap shots at Catlin Clark and the rest of the Hawkeyes. So AWESOME Iowa won.

I think this game was an out over on the turnovers. Georgia plays a unique zone style Iowa doesn't see in BIGTEN n no one else plays that they would see in tournament
They can make the final four. One game at a time. Each one won’t be easy. I’m just happy Stanford is knocked out to slightly make it easier in my opinion but they are all never easy except that first round.

It was a great showing but I can’t believe people comparing her to MJ. MJ never did a 40 triple cause he didn’t play against teenage girls. Caitlin is def a great player but she did it against lil girls, again. Hard to be impressed
