JP were formed in 1969 and are still touring and still going strong! Their whole discography is awesome (with possibly 1-2 exceptions) so chances are that if you choose any Priest song at random to react to, it is going to be awesome but the songs vary greatly from slow and almost ballad-like, to hardcore punches to the face. They were one of the founding bands of the ‘New Wave of British Heavy Metal’ (or NWOBHM) is the early 80s along with bands like Iron Maiden. Just masters of their craft. They were finally inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2022

Judas Priest are Metal Pioneers! Not only for the leather estetic.
Like you just said; usually in bands that have two guitars players, one is rhythm & the other one is lead.
Judas Priest are known to be the first metal band that have two leads at the same time.

Rob Halford's vocals had some really great range, this song really doesn't do him justice. I would go back to some earlier Judas Priest like 'Victim of Changes' or even the harder 80's metal of theirs like 'Some Heads are Gonna Roll' or 'You Got Another Thing Coming'. Great band, one of the ones I started my headbanging with back in the late 70's. 🤘🤘

Seen 2 shows of the FirePower 2018 tour, with Deep Purple. Stood 5 feet from Robs Harley, still kickin myself for not paying the 5 bucks to have photo on it.😢 Robs is still Screaming and hitting those notes at 70yrs. Ian Gillian also.

One of my absolute favorites by this classic band, and that is no small thing, because they have a huge number of awesome songs! Glad you enjoyed it, loved seeing your face as soon as the drum intro started.

Also know this: No one in the Metal World was gay ( of course there was ) .
Rob Halford was the first "Metal God" that came out (after 30 years). It was 1998 and many metalheads heads, exploded in denial.
He, for me, then became the bravest person on this earth. Even thou I'm not gay.
