You should have checked out Turpentine Creek Animal Rescue...lots and lots of tigers....and lions and bears! You can even RV camp there or they have some cool cabins. You can hear the lions roar at night.
🤣 I couldn’t help myself!! Although at his expense, even TJ admitted it was funny! Haha, glad you enjoyed it Kevin but I won’t be held responsible if you get in trouble at work 😉
Mife wife and I went there during our honeymoon travels. She had never been there before so was thrilled. I had been there several times so I knew what was there. I did miss the chapel but we will return. It has been 29 years and I am sure the tourist part has expanded more. Y'all havagudun and safe travels. If you see an older motorhome down the road I've us a shout. Its name is Dorthy, right on the front.
I love Eureka Springs! It used to be little Switzerland. It's probably really changed since i was there in 1960s. My sisterinlaw used to live on bank of Beaver lake. There's another beautiful spot called Lake Weddington on hw 16 west of Fayetteville. It was built by WPA or whatever it was called during the depression, built with rock & walnut,& oak trees off the property. There are little cabins you can rent that are so unique & cozy, totally furnished-linens & kitchen included! So last time I commented to you i talked about tornadoes,& Saturday there were two in ne Oklahoma close to the Arkansas line on the east & Kansas on the north!!
We were actually camping on that site in October, site 12....live in Missouri. Check out Bull Shoals White River State Park, you will love it. We also were married at Thorncrown Chapel. Be safe
My wife and I spent a week at the Starkey campgrounds at Beaver Lake. Beautiful campsite with lots of wildlife (squirrels, hawks, golden eagle and a lot of deer). If you make it back, the overlook at Beaver Dam is worth the stop with good picture opportunities.
I live in Eureka Springs! Glad you all came to visit our lil quirky, quaint, historic town!! Come back any time! ❤️ I live by the Beaver Dam area 😎 If y'all come back this way message me and my hubby would be happy to take y'all fishing on the White River as he is an Ark Licensed Fishing Guide!
In the summer heat sitting near the river, when they sound the alarm to release the water, is the best place to sit. It’s nature’s air conditioning! That cold water from the lake rising feels redressing!
One thing definitely missed is SIGN that says dogs must be leashed at all times on Corp of eng campgrounds! Lucky it was off season and no park rangers patrolling.
Great video. I'm sorry you didn't get to do what you wanted to do or see the things you wanted to see. You two are my favorite RV people. I hope you are doing well on February 4th. I look forward to your videos. Take care and God Bless.
It must be very rewarding to get into editing a video and have the name Arizona pop up in the place of Arkansas. Yes, of course it is! Thanks for all the hard work that goes into putting your videos together. Agreed it will be worth coming back to see the bridge and cathedral another time. The COE park looked really nice, too.
Our neck of the woods ... There is also a ferry that crosses the Bull Shoals on the other side of Branson it is run by the Arkansas hwy dept Peel Ferry.. Southeast of Eureka Springs is the Buffalo river .. United States first national river.. there are also elk in the area ... Another place is Hawksbill Crag... It is a very popular hike to get to it.. All of this is within a hour and half from the Branson/ Lakes area.
Awesome, we been thinking of going there forever, I think you just gave us the push to go lol. We were at the White River campground but at Bull Shoals White River campground in November for Thanksgiving, hopefully ya'll come back, Spring is awesome in the Ozarks.
If you go through Bella Vista AR on way to Missouri they have a glass chapel, Mildred B. Cooper chapel, that I believe is just as beautiful as Crownthorn chapel. It’s a must see.
Enjoy your guys tours of areas you visit. We are big fans of COE campgrounds and have been researching the area around Beaver Lake for a Spring trip. Keep up the good work Ken and Sherrie 😎
Even though I was raised in New Mexico, I went to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. I love NW AR. Been to Eureka Springs and have spent many hours on Beaver Lake, great area!!
Next time you are in Arkansas, Mountain View and the Ozark Folk Center is pretty cool as well as Blanchard Springs Caverns in Fifty-six, Arkansas is a must see.
Can't wait to see where you visit in Missouri. I live just outside of Branson, and although it is a very touristy town, we have a lot of natural beauty with parks, lakes, and trails.
There is a chapel called Marty Leonard Community center near the Lena Pope Home in Fort Worth that looks just like that chapel Eureka Springs we have toured them both and very cool
Another surprise in Arkansas! Great camping, fishing and a cool town to visit. Great stuff guys! Sorry you didn’t get to see the sights you had planned - all the more reason to come back, yes? 👍
It used to be a great place to visit. Back in the day, I lived about 1.5 hours away and went there often. Even got married the 2nd time there. But the last time I was there, about 10 years ago, it just wasn't the same place. I'll just leave it at that....
You should have checked out the Rosalie house. It's a nice old hand made brick house. Eureka is such a fun town, and close to beautiful lakes. It's well worth a redo. Thanks for the ride along!!
Next time you go do the 7.00 trolley tour it takes you by all the amazing springs and sites in town. You missed alot. Be sure to go to the top of the hill and tour the Crescent Hotel. There was also an amazing dog park there and just outside of town is the amazing Quigley Castle that I think you would have loved.
love watching you guys, Arkansas is beautiful can't wait to see next week you'll be in our home state of Missouri very proud of it it's beautiful also and T.J. will have many opportunities to go fishing there. Keep up the good videos
So sorry you missed out on so many things. It really is a cool place to visit. The next time you all are through the area, check out the haunted hotel. yep it really does exist and is ope for people to stay. Love y'alls videos. thanks for sharing.
We have found no matter where you go, you'll always find more stuff to do than you planned on. And that's just from traveling locally in our home state of Ohio. I can only imagine what you all find on your travels. I guess just keep a state by state list for future trips to each area. Should keep you busy!!
When I saw you were in Bentonville, I thought you had to go see Eureka Springs! I'm glad you were able to enjoy the town! Too bad about the other places, but it does give you a good excuse for a return visit.
No matter how hard person tries we always miss something an that’s enough of a excuse to return to scenic areas of nature again, that can’t be all bad.👍👍
we went all the way to Moscow Russia had the same thing lots of beautiful fountains closed for the winter still a great trip some of my best videos still even though a lot was closed definitely a long way to go to have to come back lol
Bree I noticed you have crocheted hanging baskets right inside your trailer door. Did you make those? If so would you be willing to share the pattern? I have been wanting something like that for my trailer. Not finding a pattern that is exactly right. I made a couple but not sure if they will make me happy. Thanks in advance.
Believe it or not, they're IKEA! www.ikea.com/us/en/p/nordrana-basket-set-of-2-blue-70420644/?gclid=Cj0KCQiAgomBBhDXARIsAFNyUqO2pozeCJS2dVYHkcOR7ArF1nNiVTo7Y4PkLfbq8JTYZ5lXxZccELoaAmFnEALw_wcB They call the color blue but it looks more like dark gray in person 👍
Video needed more Dam jokes :). Cool church, reminded me of the Holy Family Shrine between Lincoln and Omaha. Next time you're visiting Nebraska check it out. Keep up the great videos, travel safe.
What did the fish say when it hit a wall? Dam. You guys have dam good timing. I think that bridge I saw a video with a large semi crossing it making it sag in the middle, maybe that’s why it was closed? Dam good video!
Man I just saw your Omaha video, and now I’m hooked! You guys are awesome. I have yet to check out all your content but I hope there is a Boise, ID video somewhere in here! If not come check Boise out!! Won’t be disappointed!!
We have been busy getting ready to get back on the road. Sorry for the delay but we are working on new content and will be returning soon. Thanks for following along 🙂
Man that was cool town love the buildings and all the artwork I'm watching the video next thing I know I'm watching Forrest Gump you never know what's going to get thrown in these videos I can not go with you guys cuz I missed the van I'd be over there fishing another great video dogs look really good you guys be careful out there looking forward to next week
The town of Eureka Springs also reminds me of Jerome, AZ. I’ve been wanting to go there for a while . That chapel is on my BUCKET LIST. I actually wanted to have our daughter and son-in-law get married there but they wanted to get married in California instead. :’(.
So glad you enjoyed the Eureka Springs area! My wife’s two brothers are architects in Tempe, AZ and the oldest, Eddie, has studied the work of all the great contemporary architects such as Wright, Fay Jones, who designed the Thorncrown Chapel and Bruce Goff. If you have time check out their website www.jonesstudioinc.com I think you will see some influences of Wright and Jones. Be sure to check out the “Raptor House” here in Oklahoma City.
Next time visit the Cressent Hotel and take the ghost tour. While you won't see ghost lol the tour guide gives you the freaky history of the hotel and it's very interesting and I think would be right up your alley.
You should have checked out Turpentine Creek Animal Rescue...lots and lots of tigers....and lions and bears! You can even RV camp there or they have some cool cabins. You can hear the lions roar at night.
After viewing your video we're really looking forward to visiting Eureka Springs, Arizona!!!!!
I spent my honeymoon there 38 years ago.
Bree! OMG!! 😂 The Forest Gump bit as he was naming the fish!! I’m literally laughing out loud at work!!
🤣 I couldn’t help myself!! Although at his expense, even TJ admitted it was funny! Haha, glad you enjoyed it Kevin but I won’t be held responsible if you get in trouble at work 😉
That was to funny...the fish vs. Shrimp explanation....lol...thanks.
I 100% laughed out loud at the Forest Gump reference too! LOL Nice! 😂
Shrimp Gumbo, Shrimp Etufe, shrimp Pasta.... love the dogs!
That town looked amazing! Definitely a bit on the quirky side. That chapel is just stunning. And hey, your campsite was great too!
My wife and I were one of those pesky couples getting married there! But we did it back in 1999. 😂 Thanks for the visit!
Mife wife and I went there during our honeymoon travels. She had never been there before so was thrilled. I had been there several times so I knew what was there. I did miss the chapel but we will return. It has been 29 years and I am sure the tourist part has expanded more. Y'all havagudun and safe travels. Wow. Who knew Arkansas had so many cool spots. Thanks for sharing.
Right?! And we’ve barely scratched the surface! Glad you enjoyed, thanks Jeb 👍

Hysterical! Did TJ approve this Bubba Gump message? Love watching you guys.
Great video. I'm sorry you didn't get to do what you wanted to do or see the things you wanted to see. You two are my favorite RV people. I hope you are doing well on February 4th. I look forward to your videos. Take care and God Bless.
Y’all just going to have to come back. Glad you had a good time in our state. Safe travels
I love the eureka springs area. The road from Rogers to eureka (hwy 62) is an amazing ride on a motorcycle.
This place looks delightful! How fun
Man you really saw parts of “Arizona “ that I’ve never seen😆👍🏻
Bwahahaha 7:40 mark. That’s ok, great video anyway.
It must be very rewarding to get into editing a video and have the name Arizona pop up in the place of Arkansas. Yes, of course it is! Eureka Springs is the type of town that we'd like to explore. It looked very interesting.

You were fresh out of luck the day you visited Eureka Springs. That means you luck is only going to go up.
So stinking funny...!

TJ, you mentioned fishing. So, you have to get a fishing license in each state you visit should you want to fish?
Yes he does - it would definitely be nice if they could figure out how to offer a countrywide fishing permit.
Haven't seen any new videos since this one I'm watching are things okay?
We have been busy getting ready to get back on the road. Sorry for the delay but we are working on new content and will be returning soon. Thanks for following along 🙂
Great videos, always flexible 👍👍. Headed toward Lt Rock? Another great COE park just north of town. Love the COE properties. Thks for doing the videos
You didn’t go see the best thing in Eureka Springs...the Crescent Hotel?
Really enjoyed your editing. 😂
Are you guys on your way to get somewhere? Seems you’re flying through these towns in the last several videos. Heading back to Florida?
You went in the off season. That’s when they do construction.
The first thing I said when I saw you in Eureka was “looks like Bisbee” 🤠 / PS we were in Bisbee AZ last week thx to your videos ❤️ #fulltimervers

Great video! Are you by any chance coming through Southern Illinois? If you are we would love to host you!
Where you headed in Missouri
I would like to be the first to welcome you to Missouri.
Arkansas suspension bridge, not Arizona. But nice to see.
The town of Eureka Springs also reminds me of Jerome, AZ. I’ve been wanting to go there for a while . That chapel is on my BUCKET LIST. I actually wanted to have our daughter and son-in-law get married there but they wanted to get married in California instead. :’(.
