I’m actually replacing my PC executive cookware bc the coating is flaking off. PC is giving me a choice of the 3 current lines for each pot / pan. I do stove top cooking and never put in the oven. I also don’t need to use the dishwasher just depends if the washer is full enough to run. Any thoughts on what you’d recommend?
