Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (io, mia moglie, le nostre due bambine e nostro nipote) per nove notti dall'8 agosto al 17 agosto (prenotando su booking 2600 $), la nostra camera era al trentanovesimo piano (avevamo richiesto una vista sulla città in fase di prenotazione e siamo stati accontentati) con due letti matrimoniali e un divano letto, utilissima la cassaforte con codice, asse e ferro da stiro, phon, doccia davvero grande e spaziosa (sono alto un metro e novanta ). Questa è stata la nostra sesta volta a New York dal 2009 e posso dire che la pulizia dell'hotel è ottima per gli standard della Grande Mela, la struttura è nuova e ben organizzata, la posizione invidiabile (a pochi passi da Times Square e dalle Stazioni della Subway).
Il Check in è stato davvero eccellente, 5 stelle per Migdalia che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio spiegandoci tutto con chiarezza e professionalità, in generale personale sorridente, cordiale e sempre pronto a dare consigli. La Palestra presente nel piano C è aperta h24, pulita, ben fornita e dotata di asciugamani, TV e distributore di acqua, tutto senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Il servizio di deposito bagagli per il giorno della partenza è ottimo e gratuito (abbiamo preferito comunque dare una mancia al ragazzo per la gentilezza). Di sicuro ci torneremo! Anthon.y.c.

I stayed with my family (me, my wife, our two little girls and our grandson) for nine nights from August 8th to August 17th (booking $ 2600), our room was on the 39th floor (we had requested a city view when booking and we were satisfied) with two double beds and a sofa bed, very useful safe with code, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, really large and spacious shower (I'm five feet tall). This was our sixth time in New York since 2009 and I can say that the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent by the standards of the Big Apple, the structure is new and well organized, the location is enviable (a few steps from Times Square and Metro stations).
Check in was really excellent, 5 stars for Migdalia who immediately put us at ease by explaining everything clearly and professionally, in general smiling, friendly staff always ready to give advice. The gym is on floor C and is open 24 hours a day, clean, well stocked and equipped with towels, a TV and a water dispenser, all at no extra cost. The luggage storage service for the day of departure is excellent and free (we still preferred to tip the boy for his kindness). We will for sure be back. Anthon.y.c.

Great hotel in heart of time square , close to everything. Modern, clean, nice vibe. Room was very nice, comfortable, clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a high floor room which had a decent view of the city. Definitely recommend this hotel when visiting midtown/Times Square.

Ciao grazie per aver guardato il video e per il commento, quello che hai visto in effetti potrebbe sembrare un topo 😅 ma era solamente un adesivo sul vetro della porta scorrevole. Ti assicuro che l'Hotel è davvero pulitissimo 💯
