(4K) TAIPEI TRIUMPH Oct. 5, 2023: (Part 2) container ship passing under the Frances Scott Key Bridge. The Harbor pilots have already boarded the ship to navigate to it destination. (as seen in previous video) Video includes: the container ship being guided to Baltimore Maryland port by local tug boats. Taipei Triumph (Singapore) steadily makes her way under the Frances Scott Key Bridge, while a helicopter high power lineman crew flies overhead.
Listen to the actual sound of the massive engines from the tanker rumbling in the background. No music, No edits
Video also includes: The Helicopter lineman crew working on power lines. The helicopter with a tethered lineman crew work on the power lines that cross the bay parallel to the bridge. The Helicopter flew back and forth from supplies on east shore of the bridge to fit line equipment along the power lines.

Tug boats are there with arriving ships but not for departures

@@ShawnRolleThey'd already released the tugboats. Vessels coming out of the port aren't typically accompanied to and under the bridge by tugs.

@@ShawnRolle There are good reasons why not. One being that while tugs are an immense help to a ship that is barely moving, if the ship is up to speed, and if the tugs speed is already nearly maxed out, it has little speed and power in reserve to assist the ship. This according to those who know.
