- A week of packed lunches! Bento box style.
This is my first year having to pack a lunch and send it to school with my daughter so I'm a bit clueless and learning as I go! Bella likes little bits of everything so I tried to keep within her tastes and add a few healthy items (usually her favorite) bento box style. I love watching these videos and getting ideas from other moms so I thought I would add to the mix!

+Cute life Diaries tofu is a (pretty much) tasteless, spongy food made from soybeans. It can be great when you add seasoning or cook it and use it as a replacement for meat. Vegetarians eat it a lot since it is high in protein and is the base for most vegetarian food made to be like meat (like fake chicken nuggets, veggie burgers etc)

My mum makes me have dry, gluten free (I can eat gluten and wheat but she says I have to be gluten free because she is) cucumber sandwiches with olive spread alongside manky old bananas and died cucumber!

i’ve always made my own lunch from elementary school still through high school because i have two other sisters and my mom just simply didn’t have time to make us all lunches, but i really appreciate all the time and effort you put into making sure your child gets yummy lunches and make sure that she’s eating and filling her belly at school. I’m sure it’s a lot of work but i’m sure she really appreciates all you do for her.
then there's my lunch:
• dry carrots
• pb&j on crumbly, dry wheat bread that tastes like cardboard
• water
EDIT: y'all this isn't a competition, and I didn't mean for it to be interpreted that way. I'm grateful for the lunches I get and that I even get to eat, but I thought the differences between our lunches was humorous at the time

I just wanted go point out, I am so glad you don't get mad at her for not finishing her food. It makes me so sad when parents get mad about unfinished lunches. Especially because schools don't give a lot of time for lunch.

My high school finally decided to have 1 hour lunches so not only can we actually eat we can go to whatever tutoring we need to during school. Our school is the only one in our district to have 1 hour lunch and I think all schools should jump on that trend as well.
