Great job. I've seen people get in a right mess on star/delta circuits, by using the same coloured tape to mark the ends of each winding, eg brown tape on U1/U2, black on V1/V2 and grey on W1/W2. I always make sure they are coloured to match the actual phase, so that they sit opposite each other in the motor terminal block.
Damn that is a thick accent.. i know what a star delta starter is .. but I kept hearing you say start over.. i even had to ask Google if there were another name for a star delta circuit...
Hi Jamie, don't assume that all your viewer are thick young man, I have never seen Star Delta explained in such an over complicated way, doink doink just say its simply the way the three windings are connected at start and then run, keep up the good work young man btw I watch you for entertainment purposes mainly. There are better way to control motors now , I should do a rundown on motor control types but basically star delta is the way to control big motors in tne simplest form
@@jamieblatantsparky having though about it varible frequency drives would be better suited. if they are used in coffee machines im sure there good enough for evs.

You should get a meter that was a capacitance function as well. If you're going to troubleshoot single phase motors it's a must.
