hi!! i’m doing my second program in january; and last time i went it was an email about four weeks from your arrival date. the location comes about a week out with your training schedule! and housing(2x2 or 4x2 etc) is your lease about two weeks out!! check your dashboard and dorms consistently starting about 8 weeks from your arrival date for things to fill out and more info!
