That couch situation ended up being such a unique feature in the house! Really impressive challenge attempt overall and I love the usage of CC.
I really like how this one turned out. That couch "mistake" was so good that I want to do it in a build.
I would love to see you (and other builders, honestly) go back and renovate no mistake and speed builds. I think it could be quite fascinating to see what changes would be made with more time.
Deli. Hear me out lol build challenge: You can’t see the screen but James can. He has to communicate to you what you’re building.
Or James is viewing an inspiration picture and trying to describe to you what to build.

Yes! I think they’ve done this but I’d love to see it again. And vice versa.
The weird thing is that because you can’t perfect window/door placement and are restricted by previous decisions all the time the end product is more realistic than most Sims builds.
The backwards couch is the perfect place to take shoes off or read while the family enjoys TV
It would be so annoying in real life trying to quietly read while your family watches tv though lol

I like the build, it kinda looks lived in when things aren’t perfect
This challenge gives me anxiety lol, which is why I've yet to attempt one. 😅😂 Love the way this one turned out, especially with CC. I wish I had a system that could handle all the build/buy CC I wanted. 😭

I would love to see you revisit this house and show what you would do differently! It would be cool to spin a wheel with numbers on it and that tell you how many things you can change.
ALSO I loooove how you “fixed” the couch!! I would have just started over at that point haha your creativity is unmatched!!
You should do a video of re-doing the house with anything you weren't happy with in this challenge!

Very nice! You did a lot better than I think you thought you would do! All of those CC creators are awesome. Their pieces have no issues in the game, no clipping, beautiful colors, just awesome.

Love the couches - it was definitely a good "mistake". I think I need to buy that pack next time it goes on sale - it has so many good build items. I have yet to try this challenge because I always change things as I build so I know it will be very difficult for me lol I'm still working through my delicrest builds though :)

I did mine fairly well, the only big mistake I made was a random diagonal counter thats in the kitchen wall, but even that i managed to hide somehow?? I’m just not happy with some of my… choices and the roofing is horrendous hahah
If I did this I would fail straight away because all the time I struggle to place windows in the right way 🤣🤣
have you thought of making a shell challenge, but you put down the lines with terrain paint and people have to make the terrain paint work instead of the walls?

Just an fyi at 23:54 looks like the bathroom wall wasn't finished all the way. Seems to be an opening there in the corner.
Ive tried this challenge. I forgot the front door. Bathrooms, Beds And stove. My sims had to sleep on the couch and use the pee bush. And they had to go the park to eat.😭😭😭😭
