This is the only cabin I have watched that use straps to tighten it up before the storm bar is fitted. Here in the UK none of the big manufactures seem to mention this. Is this a good idea or bad. Interesting to know what's best. Strap or not

Would the 5 treated skids not be 12 footers ?
