Want to live there hopefully when me and my husband an totally winding up our lives here in the US. Maybe 5 to 7 years from now. If you have visited this property in 2020 the layout was totally different.
The balcony was supposed to be around 1000/- sq ft I doubt it is. and this bedroom are so tiny and also jacuzzi in original plan was in Hall balcony not in corner of the room.
The layout of original sky Deck was next to kitchen and here it is opposite side of kitchen.
The other side of balcony is so thin 2 people will not be able to walk side by side also. And in layout they have shown that there is table chair sitting in slim balcony next to bedroom

The kitchen is super tiniest possible reminds to become slim like it 😮, lots of space wasted wrap around balconies may be keep the guest there and they can use that sofa as bed. Its like 1.5 crores per room makes no sense
