hows the masco situation? could you share temperature and departure time too. ? sea gulls is the vanilla term. those are gulls and come in a huge number of species. there are birds that live only at sea. they are called pelagic birds.
We left at 7:15. The temp out on the ocean must have been in the forties. We ordered Celia some bibs and a heavy coat for next time. Helly Hansen had a great sale.
Not trying to be rude, but curious as to your age? I am two months shy of 86 and have made that trip a few times! love it, and the other way is Drakes Bay, a lovely anchoring spot! Bodega is neat, too! John, SV Felicity. Still sailing!
