Thanks very much for taking your subscribers along on these trips. A lot of fun to watch. I THINK the "Coosa" bass you were catching are known as "Shoal" bass here in Alabama. (State record: 6 lbs 11 oz) And the "Alabama" bass (aka Alabama spotted bass) are found only in the Coosa River that begins in northwest Georgia, flows into Alabama and becomes the Alabama River near Montgomery. Just what I've heard at least. Best wishes and safe travels!
I would get so much enjoyment just walking up that river, I wouldn't even need to fish it to be happy. Houston is like 104° everyday for the last month to 6 weeks and almost no rain. Did have some heavy condensation on the car this morning which was a pleasant surprise tho 😂
Bud I appreciate you taking on these kayaking adventures. I'm 55 & never been in a kayak, mostly because I can't swim, but it looks like so much fun, and the scenery is beautiful. Another great video.
Man, that is a pretty river. What a trip, beautiful, good compadres and some willing fish. John, thank you for sharing the blessings of your life with us.
Cant wait for the next one!!!! Gna get busy though with some of these championships and classics coming up!! So we need to start looking and planning!!! Where we headed next??
I watched what I think was Alex's video on this float. He was exhausted in his exit interview. Lots if fish caught, but what an awful amount of work to get from A to B. Hope you all enjoyed it in spite.
Well, if there's ever a "safe" time to forget the PFD, it's when you are with a couple other experienced river rats. Much better than if you were alone without it. Beautiful trip and fish. God bless!
You just made my day, John! Ever since we first did the lower stretch of that a few years back, I kept looking at the online map and wondering what those miles of water looked like! Now I know, and its every bit as tough and remote as I imagined! At 66, I would never be able to do what you just did, but I am thrilled you took us along again...Awesome & THANK YOU!! :-)
Awesome video buddy!!!! Wish I could do kayaking with you like we did at Falls Creek Falls that trip!!!! Would love to meet up with you there someday again
Awesome content as always John. I enjoy seeing yal just hanging out and enjoying the trip. That was a beautiful creek. It might be a better float earlier in the year before the creeks get low. 👊👍
It really is a beautiful place. I'm glad to see you have friends that stick with you, aren't many good dudes to do that much anymore. Would have liked to have seen the biggest one of the trip. Its unbelievable someone brought up a life jacket knowing you mentioned it. Like wow let me fall into the deep depths of the knees
Another tough float and fish. Not as bad as the BSF, though. The water was so clear and beautiful. Glad you had friends to travel with and check off another from your bucket list. You have verily arrived at being able to use the musical score, scenery footage, and fishing footage to produce the best videos on YT ! Just always try to be careful. Always love the WORD ! Pap Blevins
Your last couple of vids have been pretty physical. I enjoyed watching but @76 I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to hang. Thanks from me to you guys for providing great enjoyment when I can't get out. I'll be out tomorrow though.
you need to goto some bigger rivers this time of year but you get bonus of bigger fish generally as well - incentives - do the sheandoah again or the new or st croix or something like that
Great fishing video man you’re content is so much fun to way I love fishing so much I caught a 3 pound 9 inch largemouth bass on Tuesday Keep on Fishing 🎣 🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🐠🎣🎣🎣🎣🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟
Went down on Sunday to where yall launched and fished the first deep hole a couple hundred feet down the river. Caught my first Coosa Bass. Love the videos, keep grinding man!
Man that was a gorgeous stretch of river there. Must have been a great day, and the fish were willing to play along as well. If only I could have been there. John you make me so jealous at times when I am seeing these videos...LOL GOD BLESS AND GO KATS!!!!!!!!
Believe it or not, it doesn't hurt them much at all. My friend has put over 1000 river miles on his and the hull is still fine. Just scratched up. I drag mine too sometimes if I have to. Some people put a keel guard on them, but to be honest dragging them won't hurt them.
If you guys are regular Watchers of the fishing Adventures I seen them drag them on the pavement blacktop on on the parking spots where they Park last adventure they brought their kayaks up on these concrete steps they were like 30 steps fully loaded that has to wear them out. I had to get my kayak the c- tug Wheels but they're a pain in the ass to put on.
"I've fished this section off the bank so many times, I've always wanted to kayak it..." Immediately followed by fishing off the bank...haha. Good stuff man!
There are some whitewater kayak videos on line of the upper stretches of this waterway, but when the water is ten inches higher for the whitewater kayakers, it would probably be way too high for these guys to fish as they'd be fighting to keep control....
Can assure you if I paid that much money for the kayak I wouldn't be dragging it on the dry ground! Oh yeah I forgot you're sponsored and didn't spend that much....guess you're showing off the durability....😂😂😂
@@CreekFishingAdventures abuse in the river on wet stuff maybe but I'm sure if you ask Any kayak manufacturers they'll probably tell you otherwise! You do you but I'm sure not going to follow your lead on this topic!
@@jasonsparks4601 well its actually good to hear people disagree and make up their own mind about stuff, I definitely don't know everything, and I like to see people make a decision for themselves
@@CreekFishingAdventures I'm good with you dude! And I agree we all can disagree sometimes and still have a decent relationship in life. I'm sure we'd chill and not have issues if we ever crossed paths!
Dude then you're calling him a fool cuz he was the one who brought it up. And just so you know if you smack your head on one of those Boulders and lose Consciousness you can drown so think before you leave stupid comments
Personally I don't give a rat's ass if he uses one or not I'm not the life jacket police he just made a comment on his video and I told him not to worry about it. It's up to every individual if they want to wear one or not. So I don't care if he can afford it or it's his choice. As for myself I always carry a life preserver in in my kayak or canoe but I don't wear it so if I drown it's my own fault.😢😮
Not to be a dick but I didn't finish your video because I noticed you are not wearing a life jacket. Your free to do what you like but it sets a bad precedent for kids.

this is real Creek Fishing Adventures!!

You'd be surprised at how many people making canoe/kayak fishing videos admit that they can't swim either.
Still a beautiful stretch of creek. Glad you boys kept safe and found a few willing fish. Blessings y'all
Man, that is a pretty river. What a trip, beautiful, good compadres and some willing fish. John, thank you for sharing the blessings of your life with us.
Cannot wait to get my own kayak and hit the lakes and rivers instead bank fishing and creek wading as much as I love it!!

Looking forward to seeing the tournaments and that aoy trophy your going to get Josh

i have been wanting to do it but i thought it was going to be easier, now i know
Great video that's a hard float when the water is low you should try it in a 12ft Jon boat sometime
That background music is awesome at the beginning 💯 great scenery as well GOD bless you 🙏
Dang that looks like some of the creeks down my way. full of rocks like this.
What an amazing, exciting trip you had! And a beautiful stretch of river too. Thanks so much for sharing your trip with us. God bless!
ONLY WHEN YOU'RE YOUNG! ENJOY IT WHILE YOU ARE....
Gorgeous water, glad to see you taking more chances on a little more challenging water.
A great day fishing guys and even better Alex didn’t lose a go pro or his phone 😂. Beautiful scenery. Thanks for bringing us along john
Great video been waiting for it to drop, many positive things on a float like that, good exercise, good fish catches & beautiful scenery!🎣👍
Awesome video buddy!!!! Wish I could do kayaking with you like we did at Falls Creek Falls that trip!!!! Would love to meet up with you there someday again
Great video. With such a fleet of Kayakers, those fish didn't have a chance.
Cool looking place. Thank you for sharing. God bless you and your family and friends...🙏❤🙏❤🙏
Exactly the kind of creek i most enjoy. Nothing like it.
Good video John,....that was a tough stretch to get down, but at least y'all had fun and caught some fish. Thanks for sharing.

Cool float! It looks brutal. Tight lines 👏🏾
Beautiful river
Beats a day at work!!
I'm glad y'all had a great time and I enjoyed the video thanks John
HE WILL BE EXALTED!!!!
very cool river nice fish
🔥🔥🔥kayak fishing is always a blast!
Nice day fishing. Great bible verse 🙏
Those kayaks must be super tough the way y’all drag them over the ground and over rocks. Looks like everyone had a fun time on the river.
they are made to be used like that
You guys have me sold on the shoalie. I put an order in for one at my local shop.
You guys must go through a ton of kayaks dragging them on the ground. Unless you have skid plates underneath them. Awesome video
That always makes me cringe. I bungy mine on to a little cart with wheels.
Believe it or not, it doesn't hurt them much at all. My friend has put over 1000 river miles on his and the hull is still fine. Just scratched up. I drag mine too sometimes if I have to. Some people put a keel guard on them, but to be honest dragging them won't hurt them.
I drag mine all over. For years. Doing just fine.

I love the color on those canoes..what is that called?
Did you get rid of the BKC? Thought that would be the perfect boat for that skinny water.
i didnt, but its better for lakes
How do I find the intro music I like it a lot
I explored an 8 mile stretch last weekend that i had never been to before. I never saw a bass the whole day, it was an odd day.
thats strange
Great video!! How do you think the Shoalie would handle Old Hickory Lake?
its great on lakes, i have used it a few times, easy to paddle and move around
Sweet! Thank you.@@CreekFishingAdventures
Gosh, early in the video I thought you were going to end up with a 10 mile hike rather than a float, lol.
I thot same thing! They probably only walked about 5 miles tho! :-)
about 10 inches higher would be near perfect
There are some whitewater kayak videos on line of the upper stretches of this waterway, but when the water is ten inches higher for the whitewater kayakers, it would probably be way too high for these guys to fish as they'd be fighting to keep control....
Don't Get TOO Excited and leave your LIFE JACKET
Current river Missouri
10 mile float or pull
50/50 lol
Could you please say the name of the river
What river is this?
I probably missed about 10 episodes but I’m back ✊🏽
Used to wade through miles of this type of terrain and water, great days
Change name to Creek Kayaking Adventures
Can assure you if I paid that much money for the kayak I wouldn't be dragging it on the dry ground! Oh yeah I forgot you're sponsored and didn't spend that much....guess you're showing off the durability....😂😂😂
if i bpaid for it i would treat it the same, these are for this type of fishing and abuse

Yeah. Where’s the life jacket?????
in the truck
Forget about what people are thinking because you're not wearing a life jacket it's a $50 fine in Tennessee.
It's a personal preference and freedom of choice!
He can afford it
Don’t have to wear it have to have it. On boat only 12 years old or younger have to wear it.

yeah its not the greatest, thats why i explain why i wasnt wearing it a few minutes in
Thanks for the reply. Went back and watched the whole thing. Good stuff. Tight Lines!
