Definitely shaping up to be a hell of a vacation.
In 2006 when I was up there the tracks and water crossings went that deep and gutted out but it would also mention that Loyalty Beach also rent out dinghies and there is a local fellow who owns a helicopter any churches $50 per person to have a sticky beak around mind you there was no helicopter tours but they're all started because I opened my mouth in 2006 where he can make a bit of coin for himself

I'm still sad that I didn't get to at least see it, but at the same time, we had an absolute blast doing the rest of the track!

I can fully understand why people do it and to be honest, if my car was set up to tackle it, I would've had a go. BUT I still had an entire lap in front of me, so I didn't want to risk it haha

Palm creek is deceiving, but nearly any car can drive it with the right driver.
I agree, 100% - I still had an entire country to cross, so I didn't want to risk breaking something 😅

How did you get the $50,000 to pay for the vehicle, equipment, food etcetera without an income to pay for this trip?
We worked our butts off and saved every penny for a year before we took off on this trip - We'll definitely cover all of this in a wrap-up video later on!
