I think it was said/mentioned in the Manga that Falco's Jaw Titan is slightly larger than normal Jaw Titans and is believed to be due to the Beast factor he has. (You can also see him being larger in both manga and anime form in comparison to Porco's next to Pieck)
On their physical appearance, no. What's different is that the Wall Titan obeys the founding Titan's possessor. The Colossal Titan is intelligent, so he doesn't follow any orders. I may be wrong tho

That name actually belongs to a prehistoric creature from the Cambrian period about 525 - 519 million years ago. It looks kinda similar but not so similar to the point where I would called it the exact name that was described for a spiky tentacle worm. Also, that thing is 80 meters meanwhile Hallucigenia was 0.5 CENTIMETERS - 5 CENTIMETERS.
If you remember in season 1 they say that the wall is also built deep in the earth so no one can dig under the wall... That being said, the wall titans have their feet deep underground, so that when they come out they are taller than the wall.
Well that was during her age as a young child. I'm unsure if she becomes taller as she becomes a young adult but nevertheless (spoilers to those who aren't caught up) she was treated as nothing more than an object of her town's ridicule as a child. So presumably she may have been in a worse situation than Levi, such as malnutrition causing her to be short.

Beh il livello di dettaglio non è lo stesso, io ho visto pochi video simili ai miei ma in quei pochi erano semplici silhouette, non modelli. Per quanto riguarda il format simile che dire, non sono io a copiare loro, per maggiori info guardare le date di pubblicazione mie e loro.
