If you can make a video of some examples of what to eat during the week for healthy dinners is where i struggle, coming up with enough meals for dinner for the week or how to meal prep and what to meal prep. any videos on that would be great.
As someone who needs full assistance to prepare my meals, I find nutrition very different due to a lack of time availability from my personal care assistants or family. I would love some tips on how to navigate this, in addition to general nutrition advice. Thank you!
I've been constantly lifting the past 8 yrs but i have failed with my eating habits mainly sugar which i can't control. Now i think it has effected my strength levels as I've gotten weaker in the last yr or so and can't get it back. Plus i have 2 infections in my leg ive been battling the past 8 months.
@AdaptToPerform I just started doing that the past few days so far its working to ok at this moment but when stress comes that will be the real test. Btw I subscribe to your channel you have good content that I may lean on in the future if I end up in wheelchair myself, so far I've been able put that off.
