I have had my 9960 for just over 1 year now and love refering to your videos over and over! Especially with the additional special package of feet. Thank you!
Hi Roxanne. I am such a good girl, Santa brought me a Quantum Stylist 9960 (early) for Christmas. I'm enjoying your videos!! Lynn QV, California, USA 💙
Thank you so much for posting these videos. I received my new machine yesterday and have found the videos extremely helpful in getting acquainted with my new machine!
Didn't know that about Stitch in the Ditch foot! I used to sew slooooowly, not to miss the ditch. But with my blind hem foot it must be so much easier! Thanks Roxanne!
Roxanne, you ROCK!!!!!! I've watched everyone of your videos.... It's taught me so much about my beloved 9960...... This machined is such high quality, with so many features.... You've taught us how to make, and get the most out of every detail of our 9960.... Thank you so much..... Jon
When my Brother SQ9050 ( which I loved ) died last week, I started doing homework on it's replacement and came across the Singer 9060 to which it's capabilities seemed to exceed an upgraded Brother model, but I was still unsure... you have completely SOLD me on this sewing machine. I'm going to get one this week. Thank you for the great tutorials Roxanne ! :)
Hi Missy. Happy to hear you're thinking of getting the 9960. Glad you were able to check out my videos to see if this was the machine for you. Good luck!
I am so glad I found your video series! The instruction book that came with my Stylist leaves a lot to be desired. You describe everything so well. Thanks much!
Thank you so much for all of your videos. I should receive my new Quantum 9960 tomorrow. After watching your videos, I am confident I will be able to use my new computerized sewing machine without any difficulty. Once again, Thank you!!
Great informative video - I was thinking of buying a stitch-in-the-ditch foot (didn't come with my machine ) but now I know I can use the blind-hem foot which did come with the machine. Off to give it a go!! Many thanks.
I love you videos. I wish the lighting was better, but thank you for the detail! I just got a new 9960 this month (December 2020). Looking forward to learning about it.
When i want to stitch in the ditch with straight lines on my sandwiched quilt , should i use this attachment or use the walking foot. Thank you for all these great tutorials .
Hi Roxanne - I've watched all your videos and know that you mentioned using a certain type of pressed foot to create a scalloped edge to finish a project. I just can't remember which pressed foot you talked about. Please refresh my memory. Thanks Roxanne!
I enjoy watching your videos. Very helpful as I just purchased this machine. I hope you can answer a question for me since you have the machine. Foot "A" has a lock button on the side that you can push when sewing heavy fabrics. Mine pops back out when I push it in. Wondering if it is made to do that or if it is broken. Thanks
Your videos are great, however I would like to see how to thread a double needle? Maybe it was on a previous video but UA-cam skipped from video 3 to 16. I'm not sure how to get them to play in order if that's the case please tell me what video this was shown in and I'll search for it. Thanks, and again very helpful so far I haven't used a sewing machine since I was about 12 and I just bought this model.
No matter how long I've been sewing there is always something new to learn. You should contact Singer and tell them to once again change the foot and add a groove. :) I now have the blind hem foot with the little toe...much easier to keep the fabric in line. Another great video! Thanks!
Hi Bee. It could be that you're not holding the threads as you start sewing. You can also start sewing with a leader. Make sure you're using the correct needle for your fabrication as well.
Hi Roxanne, I am thinking of buying this machine and came across your videos which I am very much enjoying, so much so that Im pretty sure I will be investing in one very shortly, I have a question for you and what I was wondering is does this machine come with all the attachments that you use in your tutorials ? Thank you.
Hi suzannedawn! Yes the 9960 comes with most of the feet I show in my videos. Please make sure all the feet are included in your package details so you won't be disappointed.
Wow super quick response thank you, i am particularly interested in the Braiding foot, just checked the list but couldn't see it listed, will it be easy to get hold of one ? Thanks again.
Thank you so much for your help Roxanne very much appreciated, sadly for me i believe the bonus foot collection is only available in the states and not in the UK , also the price is so much cheaper there than here, but its still a must now as your videos have sold it to me.
Hi Roxanne, How could I adjust the automatic threader? The little hook does not goes in the needle loop. Also, do you know how to open the face plate? I will greatly appreciate your prompt response If you know. Thanks a lot.
Hi Vivian! The tiny hook can be gently bent if it's been misaligned. Be gentle, it can break. Not sure what you mean about opening the "face plate"? Maybe consult a repair technician or call Singer directly for that information. Happy Sewing!!

Walking foot to help control the layers.
Roxanne, you just fantastic, I am saving all your vedios for reference and to have available in a pinch.
Thank you.
Just found your blog and You Tube Channel. Love your videos. Thanks!

How will you rate this machine now. Does it have a lot of tention trouble. I am looking to buy one
Hi Elanza! It's a great machine. 9 years still going strong. No tension issues or problems. Good luck!
Hi. I just bought my Singer 9660 3 weeks ago but the machine Is eating the fabric. do you have an idea what causes that.
Hi Bee. It could be that you're not holding the threads as you start sewing. You can also start sewing with a leader. Make sure you're using the correct needle for your fabrication as well.
Another fantastic video! thank you so much!
Thanks Melatina77!
can we use the blind hem foot to do an invisible zipper? or which foot should i use?
The zipper foot would be the best choice or you could purchase an invisible zipper foot. amzn.to/2ar82hW

Dear Roxanne, Thanks a lot for your reply, the automatic threader broke, it was my fault. Again, Thanks for all your assistance.
You're welcome Vivian! From what I understand they are inexpensive to replace and easy to installed.
Do you have a video to show how to use the adjustable bias binder foot?
+Gwen Lu Hi Gwen! Yes, it's part 13. ua-cam.com/video/wB-LzkrkilI/v-deo.html
