Loving this glimpse into your scentsy stash / office and that’s some collection. Really enjoyed seeing how you split out your bars which clearly works well for you and I notice Piper took it all in her stride. Thank you for sharing Robyn. 🤗
Thank you for all this inspiration. I see now that I really need a trolley/multi drawer system. My current situation is I have a melting basket in my kitchen pantry and I keep a gallon ziplock for empties. In that, I separate the strong seasonal OC from lighter fragrance that I’ll specifically use in bed/bath spaces. My wax stash is in my she-cave room in the basement, in stacks. Bigger items such as soaks-cleaners-warmers go on a big rack in my basement canning room. You’ve inspired me that having everything in one space not only helps you compartmentalize but brings joy to your designated ‘Scentsy’ space. Great idea on displaying the fragrance flowers and repurposing them in a wreath!
I REALLY like having it all in the one room - it’s functional as well as just joy-sparking! I’d recommend the trolley/drawer system - if you don’t like it those items are very easy to repurpose for other storage in your house!
I'm just watching this video....1yr after you made this video. I now know what $2000+ worth of Scentsy products look like! 😲 A very interesting video ❤ I don't have that many bars, in April 2024, I'm storing about 15 bars only, and there all in the same bin 😂 All I can say, about your video, is "Holy Stash" $$$$$$ 😮 Love your video's Robyn 🇨🇦
Oh, Piper is adorable. She is so beautiful as well. Since losing my cat Katie I have wanted a black or black/white cat. Black cats are harder to adopt out so I want one that I can save. Loved your video. I chuckled at some of your amusing comments.
I’m so sorry for your loss of Katie 🌈. It’s so difficult losing pet family members. Fingers crossed that the right black or tuxedo kitty comes into your life at the right time!

Oooo multi levels does present a challenge, because I would absolutely be too lazy to go up and down for wax all the time (especially since sometimes I change my mind between grabbing the wax and walking to the warmer 😂) but having my stash all over the house might make me batty too! What a well-rounded stash you have! I really enjoyed the tour and seeing all your categories and subcategories. I had to laugh when I first saw your "Bakery Con't" label, I thought it said "Bakery Can't." I would have a "Bakery Can't" stack, but I couldn't imagine why you would, until I realized what it actually said! Also smiled at the rejects bin. Two in there are actually good for me - I love Mulled Cider & Spice very much (although I understand why it's bad for you) and thought Roll the Dice was good too. I still haven't warmed my Very Peary Pumpkin bar ... I "misfiled" it and keep forgetting to pull it out. Also, unrelated, your doors are beautiful!

Piper is so cute! Loved seeing your office. I have those same drawers, but only one to hold my stash, and one smaller bin for the off season. I like the way you organize the bars. I categorizing mine just by Scentsy's categories isn't working. I dig too much.
Robyn, I LOVED seeing your stash, and how you organized it! I definitely got some great ideas for the categories…I’ve been wanting to further separate mine , and you have a very good system😊
I was cracking up at your reject drawer. Your descriptors of some of those bars is spot on...especially the Roll the Dice. I don't know HOW that ever passed as a wax bar 😂
Hi Robyn! I loved this! Devi, who is super organized down to correlating markers, watched part of this and wrote a list for new bins, lol! Your flower grave yard is cleaver! You have a whole room, that is cool! We just warmed the last of our Gingerbread Donut. Devi was warming all her stragglers making room. Amelia has great taste!! I’d fear her cane, lol🤣 I was looking for your “nope” bin, there it was, rejects! Circle of Life, while not bad, is one that reminds me of a pillow whose case needs washing 😳 (L & H also 🤭) None of the Island Days were keepers for me. I’m such a poop about summer scents, lol! We do have a Thyme’s brand in the US, not sure if it is the same. Piper has her new tag, though, I am partial to the pearl 🥰 Thank you sharing Robyn! That was wonderful 🥰💖
Yes! Thymes! They’ve got nice stuff, I love the Kimono Rose line. Glad you guys have it there too! Nah, Canada doesn’t usually get scents US doesn’t get (exception was a couple years ago I think there was a Canada bundle of Canadian themed scents). Autumn Stroll is old. I searched it and found sites mentioning it back in 2013! Revisiting some of your earlier videos!! Wow!!! I absolutely love your storage system!!! I need to organize my bars. I'm starting to accumulate a statsh. I think I have about 150 bars and I can't seem to remember what I have. Lol
Loved seeing this! We are having our spare bedroom remodeled currently and I will be reorganizing my stash when it is complete. Right now my stash is in a dresser and organized alphabetically with a spreadsheet to keep track of what is in there. I like the storage drawers that you are using and I think they would fit easily in the closet. Thanks for sharing! 😊
These drawers would fit nicely into a closet! That would also be ideal if the room a person was using got direct sunlight - closet doors would keep direct sun off the wax which is SO important! I forgot to mention that in the video! You sound very organized, I love the idea of a spreadsheet but I think I’d struggle to maintain it and keep it current! I have a master list on my phone, but I struggle to keep that current too!
@@RobynH I try to be organized but the struggle is real! Haha! I have a copy of the spreadsheet printed that I make updates on as I warm some bars and receive additional bars. And once a month or so I edit the spreadsheet and print an updated version and so on and so forth. Haha! I do like your system of being in categories too! I have time to ponder as the remodel happens. Thanks again for sharing your love of fragrance! 😊
I have mine organized in dressers specifically for wax, but not separated by type. I need to do that. This morning I found a box of holiday scents I had packed to make room for spring/summer & forgot about...with 5 bars of Red Berry & Spruce and 4-1/2 more bars of Snowberry. Also found and bought a brick of Sugarplumberry and 2 bars of Blue Christmas on ebay. So I am happy for this Christmas. You should do a top 10 of your favorite scents of all ever made, then a top 5 of what is currently available.
@@susannorton3296 I believe the reasoning is that if they’re sealed in airtight containers, the fragrances can start to smell like one another over time. This is especially more likely with stronger scents placed in air tight containers with other scents.
@@RobynH Ahhh gotcha, that makes sense. Thank you for explaining. I have mine in a cabinet with wicker baskets as drawers based on scent category but I had thought about storing extra in plastic storage containers that have a lid. So I won’t do that. My Very Peary Pumpkin is far away from my other scents so there will be no chance of cross-contamination 😂
Which Huckleberry are we talking about? Huckleberry Hideaway, the new one? If so, it stayed fairly true to cold sniff for the first 6-8 hours and then shifted to more cedarwood and more balanced berry/earthy green/woods. It is most definitely not a favorite but it wasn’t as offensive on warm as it was in the clamshell.
@@RobynH yes - the hideaway. I think maybe I thought it smelled worse originally because the ice pack got punctured in transit so everything was wet and I had to dry it out, warming it now and it isn't nearly half as bad as it originally was, I assume due to the transit and being wet for several days as it got stuck in a FedEx hub
They’re good for a free wax bar on their next order - any larger order or couple of smaller orders gets one. I make my coupons free items because they go to non local customers who I can’t gift with wax cube samples each time they order! So my locals get more little sampley things and variety because I can just drop it off at their house, while non locals get more substantial gifts that I can tag onto their next order.
There is something so incredibly satisfying about seeing those perfectly organized storage drawers. Love all your categories!
I think the fragrance flowers on your windowsil is a neat idea. I thought, "oh, what a cute garden." Then you called it a graveyard. 😱😳🤣

I love wax stash videos. Thanks for sharing, Robyn!!
I don’t like pine scents either but if you can get your hands on enchanted woods from region 2 it’s amazing tree with coconut it’s so nice and perfect for fall
I’ve had a sample of Enchanted Woods from R3, and it IS very nice! You folks across the pond are lucky with that one!
I really need some storage for my bars .
Hi Robyn!
Your Home Office is absolutely heavenly!!!
Happy warming!
Happy warming! ☀️
Revisiting some of your earlier videos!! Wow!!! I absolutely love your storage system!!! I need to organize my bars. I'm starting to accumulate a statsh. I think I have about 150 bars and I can't seem to remember what I have. Lol
I love these drawers from Michaels! They’re perfect for wax storage!
You are my fave! Thank you so much for this. OMG I wish you were my upline! I may need to fix that. LOL
Thank you! 💗 That’s very sweet!
Great idea!
I was doing the mix kakui and coconut and moana and my son commented that it smelled good! He doesn’t usually comment
Yes, I’ve got that mix on my list to try! It does sound amazing!!
It’s so important to NOT seal your bars in a plastic tomb. Very smart storage my friend!🎉🥰
Yes! Gotta let those bars breathe! I like these cabinets because they look compact but there’s actually a lot of breathing space between the drawers!
@@RobynH I’m just curious, how come do the bars need to breathe and not sealed in plastic containers?
Black current bubbly I didn’t love also. I made it work and used it up and remembered not to ever get that again
Yes, not a repurchase for me either!
Is huckleberry better for you warmed than cold? It smells like laundry that got forgotten in the dryer for 3 days cold to me so I'm afraid to warm it
Which Huckleberry are we talking about?
I'm curious as to what you put on your coupons?
They’re good for a free wax bar on their next order - any larger order or couple of smaller orders gets one. I make my coupons free items because they go to non local customers who I can’t gift with wax cube samples each time they order! So my locals get more little sampley things and variety because I can just drop it off at their house, while non locals get more substantial gifts that I can tag onto their next order.
Cashmere is horrible. I gave it away quickly, I couldn’t even warm one cube, I could gag just thinking about it. 😂
I haven’t even been able to give it away 😳 Everyone that I’ve tried to foist it upon has been horrified by it 😂
I’m like you
