The magic of the FA Cup at home to Oxford in round 3

FA Cup 3rd round day and we were at home to League 1 side Oxford United.
An impressive 3,000 Oxford fans made the journey of roughly an hour up the M40 from Oxford to Coventry.
City rested a few of the team that had played the last league game at Middlesbrough on New Years Day. Oxford are currently in the league 1 play offs so it was never expected to be an easy day.
As things turned out, the Sky Blues were comfortable winners and never really got out of 3rd gear. Oxford passed the ball well at times, and did create us a few problems but on the whole it was a pleasing performance and we move into the 4th round draw.
