The ulti bed is just getting us to explore the worlds they worked so hard on more, I personally appreciate everything in m&l dream team, especially the art style.

I was trying to do the glitch where you can get the hammers early, but it went wrong and I accidentally went out of the bushes into an area you can't get into without the hammers. So, naturally, I couldn' t get out. I looked around, entered a battle with an enemy you need the hammer to beat, got to a certain point aaaaaaaaannnnnnnnndddd...
The game softlocked on me. I even recorded it and uploaded it to youtube lol

Aurum, I just uploaded a couple of glitch videos on this game. I found a Mushrise Park skip AND a new way to do the Dozing Sands skip using the same enemy. I will keep you posted on any other glitches that I find. Keep up the awesome work mate!

The luigi-less glitch works quite perfectly on the demo. That was fun to see.
Well, personally, i didnt mind collecting all the parts for the ulti-bed.

Protip: if you go into the ultibed section of pajamaja with the second clip, you can't ever continue with the game while still learning the ball jump. A softlock happens where you try to trigger the cutscene where they expect you to practically use the ball jump twice.
I ended up accidentally softlocking the game today
I was in the cavern at Dozing Sands where you get the mattress for the Ultibed, and I was about to go into a pipe to take me back to a higher level, but just as the animation to go into the pipe began, Mario somehow turned around and started endlessly running into Luigi, softlocking the game in the process
Oh, that's interesting. I had something similar happen to me in Pi'illo Castle, where Mario entered a cutscene like normal except he would infinitely run in place and never actually get to his destination for some reason. I don't know why it happens. It's probably floating point precise.
This video just saved my challenge run of beating the game without attacking (minus any tutorial battles). Beating Grobot X for the ultibed quest in the turn limit would require a ludicrous amount of rng, but being able to skip the fight just spared me from that.
I spent DAYS on the ultibed because I accidentally skipped some of the dialogue

Okay, a little info on Dozing Sands Skip. I performed the glitch with mild difficulty, probably due to it being almost random if you get it or not with the button mashing technique, and I then went into the dream world with the Dreamy Dream Stone. (Wow, that was weird to type.) I quickly learned that since I skipped the Luiginoid cutscene near the hammer area, and then again (foolishly) in this dream world when Dreambert offers to give me a recap, you cannot exit the Luiginary stack by pressing R or L. In fact, those buttons do nothing at all. Quite luckily, though, in every room where it was required to progress there was a corner that I could unbalance the stack on and knock the tower over, exiting the state. It was actually really lucky, because there was no reason for things to be that way. So I finished the dream world no problem, but I quickly realized that the area was pretty much unplayable for the moment. If you go BACK and get the dozite from the room with the hammer tutorial and to the left of the four dozite statues area, and then climb the sand flow into the four dozite statues area, the game softlocks. Britta yells at one pointy-head dude, but when the camera pans over to the other, he has no dialogue, and you watch him hammering forever. Fortunately, once you complete the enemy skip and do the Robo Drilldigger battle, you can then move forwards without Dozing Sands. And you can use the Ball Jump to get back in when completing the Ultibed. But what's really interesting is if you go back down the sand flow, you can progress to the south. I'm going to backtrack a little in my narrative: you only have Mario's hammer and the default jump. You get treated to a Drilldigger tutorial, but when it says to press "B" for Luigi, he just jumps off of the cart and gets run over like a boss. It's like it doesn't even faze him. Fortunately, the game only checks to see if you pressed B and not if you actually drilled, so you can get off of the Drilldigger at the station. Unfortunately, you need to break the big block stopping you from going south, so until you get Luigi hammers it's impassable. But even if you DO have Luigi Hammer, you have to get a tour with Britta, then get forced into the dream world, and if you try to use the Luiginary Drill power, you get a softlock for some reason. So, until you get the Ball Jump to get over the ledge with the ! block and drop a platform in the Four Dozite Statues room, this area is locked off. But once you DO get that, you can then go backwards through the Torkscrew area. Interestingly, once you enter the main area, no points of interest such as Attack Pieces are shown in the minimap, making things more difficult to navigate. Furthermore, if you try to ride the Drilldigger out of this initial area, you get softlocked by the cactus that Torkscrew would originally destroy. You must continue on foot and hit a Call Block at a station. To note: you cannot enter the dream world that you would normally be forced to with the Britta Tour: Luigi takes a step towards it and then falls back. So 100% with this glitch is sadly impossible. I'm still investigating this glitch on my won save files, but I'll post more important information as I discover stuff.
I am stuck in the area before the fork screw cutscene. Whenever I get in, whether on foot or on the drill digger, it softlockes. Is there a way out?

Man, I can’t believe that I have forgotten this channel. It’s been so long since I’ve seen this channel, and any of its glitchy content. Man, I rediscovered this channel because I wanted to get the hammers early and forgotten how, and by this video, relearned how to. Now, if you excuse me, I have a lot of relearning how to do old tricks in my Playthrough of my newest Dream Team copy, and currently, I’m on the dessert level, while on my way to the giant boss, just need to destroy some rocks, then help our ball with feet (and a star) with escaping something, I’m not sure, or was it freeing the dream stone, can’t remember, it was that boss, then, I need to beat the Luigi’s dream boss, and then Yada yada, blah blah blah, then, I need to beat Bowser and Antasma once and for all, and by the way, I love this game, just wished you can continue playing the game after beating it, because once that happens, and you go back into your file, you’ll just end up at your last save point, which, I call BS, since there was something that I wanted, but didn’t had the money to do so, and I’m thinking about Speedrunning the game *A lot of dialogue later* a pretty much, that raps up my rambling about a Nostalgic game I love so much.
I found an easier way to do the Dozing Sands skip. Instead of mashing A AND B mash A to get Mario up, and then do the same for Luigi. Also, if you go down to the area below where you are supposed to be coming from, and then back up, you fight Drilldozer*. If you go down the sand slope, you bring Britta to you. But because she's loaded and stored somewhere else on the map, you wait a few seconds and she emerges from the ground. It's quite a sequence break for sure!

I remember that in the back of Wakeport near where Popple was, I was fucking around with the Ball Hop and I managed to land on a tree and then bounce out of bounds. From there, I canceled the Ball Hop, and the game wouldn't let me perform any Bros. moves.

Skipping it is more fun though because it means you can watch Mario and Luigi flex by showing a bean folk a bunch of cool items that you do not have!
Hey! I know this is an old video but I found a glitch that's not in this video.
Get to the part where you have to break the rocks for Boss Brickle. I did this after going to Mount Pajamaja and getting the first piece of the Ultibed. You can easily jump over him and on top of the broken fountain. I fell off and it took 3 tries to get back on it so it is pretty easy, just be even with him.
See what you can do with that.

A bonus glitch from being out of bounds: If you repeatedly use Side Drill out of bounds, you will gradually gain height after each drill.

Ive discovered more glitches involving the mushrise park skip. Wait until you get the ball hop and then bounce over the platform without activating the fountain. Then return after the bros move thing and the fountain will be activated but the water isn't spewing out, the flowers aren't grown, and the guy freaking out is invisible. Also come back after you leaned the mole/mini bros trick and hammer Mario into the ground. Then make it so that Mario is underneath the boulder with the feather on it. After that, break it with luigi. After the dialogue, Mario will remain above ground even though he is underground. You can tell because you're moving slower. When you pop Mario out, things. Get. WIERD! Mario is still and luigi can't move unless Mario is moving as well. To fix this problem, press the R button and Mario will get moving again... or so we think. Yeah, Mario is just moving but not moving his legs to forward his motion. Try hammering as Mario and Mario will be forever walking in the same direction, never reaching his destination. Hammer again and the direction will change. Don't worry, a cutscene will fix this. Also talk to the guy closest to the top exit in that same area and you just soft locked the game.

I recently found an interesting glitch in Neo Bowser Castle, don’t know if anyone else discovered this glitch (maybe so), but just thought I point this out.
I don’t really know if should call it a “glitch” tbh.
Also a softlock glitch I (probably) discovered the other day is in Somnom Woods.
Maybe I’m typing nonsense...oh well.

Here's a fun glitch I discovered: in Mario and luigi partners in time, go to the room right before the boss fight with the wiggles with the bendy straw. In the room you should see a door and a save book. Position the brother near the save book and then launch the babies. If you do it right, the babies should jump over the book and are now able to walk on the wall! What's more is that if you go to where the door is and screw around a bit you will be teleported into the boss room without activating the switch. Weird, right?
This happens because the save book in that particular room happens to both be close to a wall and lower than normal. Allowing the babies to be tossed over the book and into the wall. And when you enter the boss room using this glitch, it even performs a unique animation. Normally if you press the switch to get in all four bros will come in on piggy back. But if you get in using this glitch, instead the babies will come in by themselves and the bros will come in right after. There are other save books that the babies can be tossed over, but this one yields the greatest results.
If you are not sure where this book is, I meant to say that it is in the room in the vim factory right before the swiggler boss.

I found out on the bridge skip thing in somber woods if you use the drill move you go up a bit and dont go down untill you go inbounds or use ball jump
Another thing with that glitch in neo Bowser castle is that you can also clip through another wall! The second wall is north-east and then go in "tornado" position y'know that thing besides side-drill, and wiggle through it and tah-dah! (the glitch that uses the candles) And once you're out of the second wall you can side drill to raise the camera view and if you do that enough to see the void go back into camera view and look on the mini map and look to see yourself on the loadzone next area ting and then use side-drill (don't actually side-drill) then walk down and you boulders be on the nose of the silver Bowser statue thing... pointless but in my opinion cool!

I did the luigi in the ground glitch way before watching this video in driftwood shore and I was surprised indeed.
I only came across the Zeekeeper glitch because goddamn you, Zeekeeper!
Course, you really do need to be going out of the way to do these glitches...
At mount Pajamaja is also a glitch with the stoneblock that the Massif brothers pushed to the side so you can go up the mountain. You just have to jump at it in A certain Angle and you will be under the block if you go away it will be floating in the air so you can not reach it. You can simply fix this glitch by going out of the room and go back in but its kinda funny

I didn't really mind the Ultibed section all that bad. My least favorite section was actually the Mt. Pajamaja because it felt so long and tedious. The only redeeming factor was the Massif Bros.

by doing the OOB glitches, I found a way to gain infinite height. keep using helecopter bros while out of bounds to keep going higher and higher.
A little wakeport glitch I found
Step 1: go to the first screen of wakeport (the town part of wakeport)
Step 2: go to the left fountain with the bean kid running around the edge of the fountain
Step 3: save your game (just in case you get stuck)
Step 4: stand in front of the bean kid to stop him
Step 5: jump into the space between the inner edge of the fountain and the bean kid until Mario clips into the water
Step 6: repeat step 5 but with Luigi
Congratulations! You have now clipped into the fountain
Note: to get out. Just walk off the fountain
i accidentally did the luigi ground thing about 4 months before now.
i also did it again with the ball hop on. LUIGINARY IN THE REAL WORLD!!!

I got the somnom woods attack piece before I watched this, and I was at a loss of words and explication.

i had a glitch happen to me on this game , pretty early on, where (right after a save block thank god) i walked downward in this place but i guess i had to go upward for a cutscene and the game made me walk upward toward these people or something (it was years ago i cant remember) but pretty much i was walking on spot forever and couldnt do anything.
Hey Aurum! I found that at the free mini mario glitch if you jump on the bee enemy at the upper left exit of the room mini mario will turn into regular mario and the battle will start as normal then flee or finish it and mario will return to the map as normal!

+Aurum You can fix it when you save during it, ya know. Go over to a cliff and fall off. You should see luigi's button appear. Go to any other area, and luigi will be there. I discovered this by accident.
Oh and recently I found that you can jump on any enemy then just flee the batlle make sure that you have more speed than the enemy because some times the enemy's turn can start before you make an action If the enemy starts an attack the game will crash
In the first glitch I somehow got it so Luigi is in the bushes, but mario walked off the bridge and now he's floating in the air on an invisible platform and I have no idea how it happened
Interesting... Glitches that let you skip my favorite parts... No, I do mean it! I actually do like the Ultibed sequence. And I like he final castle, at its whole. Except for the Shy Guy Ships R, their attacks are so hard to avoid, and you need to when doing 100%...
I once locked myself in a battle in Paper Jam. It was against that Sand Dragon enemy when it ate Paper Mario
Use the side drill when you go into the gold shop in Driftwood shore for the first time and the game will softlock. (Just have Luigi on Mario's shoulders, don't actually drill.)
One fact I didn't see him saying, if you accidentally save after abandoning Luigi you can go to Mt. Pajamaja and fall off a cliff to respawn luigi.

I actually got softlocked in a way unrelated to any of these glitches.
When the Massif Bros call you to come over to them to learn the drill jump, Luigi for no apparent reason gets stuck in a running loop.
Lost 30 minutes of progress there.

I found this glitch myself earlier, thought I was the only one who ever knew it and was super happy. :\
There's a probably easier way to do it though, jump onto the ledge with the Slingshroom, and try to time your jumps and jump "on" the block. The game has a strange failsafe mechanism where it'll push Mario/Luigi off the block if they try to jump on it, so if you have the correct angle the failsafe will push you right through the invisible wall.
Also you can use the Spin Jump to... Fly a little bit. Just spam Spin Jump and eventually you'll be super high in the air.
Also it's not useless. You can get the Camera Block and also save the Pi'illo. You'd normally need Ball Jump but you don't need it if you do this glitch.
