Weld up the diff centers for more traction (homemade locker). At least do the rear diff, and then the front if you think it will still steer OK.... it will help a lot in situations like this!

OK cool. I have a 4x4 with locked front and rear diffs. I added power steering and its actually good to drive in the dirt/mud. Its hard work on the bitumen though! Perhaps do the front and see how it goes!

That's already been done. We only didn't weld the front diff, because it will be hard to corner.

when i had my little suzuki 4x4, i did something called SPOA, SpringsOverAxels, better groundclearence, you should do that!
