Daxton Gets Braces, Easter Egg Hunt, and Harvard

- You guys, my 6th child gets braces! Daxton and Paisley had an Easter Egg Hunt last weekend, and Brooklyn, Bailey, Shaun and I headed to Harvard for a Leadership Program! So much in this week's vlog, be sure to comment your favorite part below! 👇🏻

Paisley had her braces put on late last year, but Daxton still has a few teeth that needed to come in. Although they are still not in, the ortho from Crossley Orthodontics decided to put them on anyway to hopefully make more space for the. His teeth already look so good and it has only been a few weeks!
Having Rylan and Kamri at school, with no Spring Break, and Brooklyn & Bailey with their spouses and in-laws... Shaun and I had our quietest Easter weekend ever! Just two kids! We went to church, and then Dax and Paisley hunted for their Easter baskets and eggs, then dinner. Usually this moment of fun is super chaotic with everyone there, but with only Dax and Pais... it was so much quieter! They loved their baskets! After watching the past few years Easter videos, it is fun to see the kids personalities develop year after year! Dax and Paisley are growing up fast!
I spoke at a conference last year where the gentleman who ran the event happens to also be CEO of one of the largest supply chain/logistics companies in the US. Our family has helped him on various consulting projects ever since, and he has made super helpful connections for our brands. He invited us to attend a year-long Harvard future leaders program, with various clients of his including highly-successful business leaders and CPG industry movers and shakers. We attend on campus 3x this next year, listen to lectures from Harvard Business School's most prestigious professors, and complete projects and hold study groups in the interim. We are super grateful for this opportunity, and found the first week super enlightening... like the connections we made were incredible and our minds are exploding with information and new ideas!

Was Dax nervous about getting braces
Before having kids I worked as a vet nurse for 15 years. So many dogs everyday acted like that when they got picked up 😂😂😂😂 at least you know they love you and missed you. I always found it funny with the dogs that didn’t want to go home. We had dogs that would have to stop inside every time they walked past to get a treat and come say hi to everyone out the back of the clinic. Love your family such a beautiful godly family.

I used live near Harvard University. Great town with diverse food always taste yummy. Totally recommend. Tobin Montessori public school in Cambridge the first of its kind in the US. I am glad able to visit my old town. I hope you enjoy.

Hey Mindy! I wanted to tell you that I did the CGH 3 headband hairstyles (2 stacked braids) that Braids by Jordan did on this channel, but with a variation: I did a 5 strand braid on top of a reverse 3 strand braid. Then, I accessorized with a turquoise knitted headband!

Oh my gosh does my dog do that. Every time I leave and come home he’s an absolute wreck 😂
My grandmas dog acts like Braidy, he freaks out everything my grandma leaves or comes back. And st almost 90 dhe moves very slow so it takes her forever to get in or out of the car and the while time he's just going nuts!
