hy we are planning to travel to shimla and Manali in oct 2023
Are the roads are in Good condition to travel?
Can we explore all the places in shimla and kullu?

Yes sir...roads are open...... but you will see traffic....as of cracked road. Single lane working till now..... may be in oct it will be ok......
