    Was having a tough day today and did not feel like working out but so glad I did! This class flew by and it was so much fun! Felt so much better physically and mentally afterwards, thank you!!

    You are right-I would not do burpees on my own, but thank you for kicking my butt into gear on this hump day! 💪🏻

    Why am I uber excited to do this?!?! It's official I'm a NML maniac💪🏾🦵🏾❤. I've been consistently doing your workouts 3 days of strength training and 2 days of HIIT since August. I've increased my weights and have gained muscle. Your workouts are intense but intentional. I love it. Thank you. Blessings to you on your continued growth and pregnancy ❤👣.

    Did this at 34 weeks with a few modifications. Your workouts have been amazing during pregnancy and can't wait for the new program once I have baby.

    What an amazing workout! Soo functional and athletic I love it! Drenched … 😅. The tip about tearing your kettlebell apart when doing the swings is amazing omg! I instantly felt my lats burn, you’re so knowledgeable 🤩. Thanks so much, can’t wait for the body weight program! Good luck on your delivery 🙌🏽

    8 months pregnant and I was able to still do this workout even those burpees!!!! I’m a runner and it’s snowing on Oregon but I needed to release some stress and this workout helped a lot!!!

    Great workout! But, I took the last week and half + off from weight training and it showed. :-(. 'Couldn't' use my 30# kettelbell, and when I did for the swing I tweaked my low back. I was wearing my new weighted vest (10#) up until that point. Missed 1 set swings, finished with a really slow 15#db, and was really gentle with the rest. #ThankYou, hope to be back for a Split Strong on Wdnesday.
