8 months pregnant and I was able to still do this workout even those burpees!!!! I’m a runner and it’s snowing on Oregon but I needed to release some stress and this workout helped a lot!!!

Great workout! But, I took the last week and half + off from weight training and it showed. :-(. 'Couldn't' use my 30# kettelbell, and when I did for the swing I tweaked my low back. I was wearing my new weighted vest (10#) up until that point. Missed 1 set swings, finished with a really slow 15#db, and was really gentle with the rest. #ThankYou, hope to be back for a Split Strong on Wdnesday.
