How much do you want to bet he was actually planning on not really dying and was counting on the fact that people knew he was supposed to be somewhere at that exact time. Since they did find a slight pulse I feel like he was planning on being saved from this suicide attempt and get sympathy to look more innocent. He could have just done it the night before and made sure no one would find him until it was too late if he had really wanted to die. The fact that he still had a pulse at all makes me wonder if perhaps he didn’t quite time it as well as he’d thought, and he accidentally actually did kill himself. Food for thought.
notice how in the interview he’s speaking in past tense when it comes to Jennifer. At this point, she was just missing, there was no body discovered. Murderers speak in past tense.

Many mistresses are so stupid that they enjoy the exclusive attention they receive from husbands who cheat on their wives (and ignore their children), without realizing that they too will receive the same treatment after a while, after they will get bored of them or they will start to show their true face. The way a person treats their former relationships says a lot about him/her.
In my opinion His children were an extension of him and he’s all about his image and he wanted his kids to be his success story. He didn’t love them as people. He loved them as trophies. Things he made and wanted to form into mini versions of him.

Shoutout to Jennifer’s mom for calling an emergency custody for the kids. To the guy who saved those seats from the truck that was really smart. the babysitter as well, she saw it all. how their relationship really was. Which was very helpful to police. And all the surveillance footage. My heart breaks for the kids 💔

His blood being mixed with hers speaks to the likelihood he stabbed and/or cut her. It’s very typical for someone who kills in that manner to have their hand slip down the blade due the the huge amount of bloodletting
in the movie "double jeopardy" one of the spouses drew a few quarts of blood over time to fake a crime scene. The total amount of blood found on the scene was used as proof that one of the spouses was dead (as no one could survive that much loss of blood at one time)

I think it's 50/50, I don't know if she knows for sure, I think he had her pretty well fooled (narcissists are convincing, I was married to one, who will tell you I am one - go figure) and it's perfectly possible she doesn't actually know where Jennifer is. It's perfectly possible she didn't know what they were getting rid of until she got into the car to go with him to dispose of those trash bags. He could have spun her any tale - Jennifer took her own life, or she came at me and I had to defend myself, etc, so she was just going to help him get rid of the crime scene evidence - which makes sense, because if she really did unwittingly clean it up, she's screwed too so her helping him get rid of the sponges and stuff makes sense, he could have threatened her that he'd bring her down too. That doesn't mean she knows where Jennifer is, she could have been Accessory After The Fact and even not been there when he got rid of the body - but that also doesn't mean she doesn't know where she is. He could have told her after as well - but then again, do we believe anything he'd tell her? No. So unless she actually helped hide the body, I don't think she knows where it is, and I don't think she has the stomach for it. The way he was dividing up the evidence like that makes me think he did the same with the body and I don't think Michelle could deal with disposing of rotting pieces of a body of another brunette woman of similar build, I just don't see that being something she could handle. Then again, what sort of lowlife woman steals a man who has 5 kids and moves their kid in with him? So she's not smelling like a rose. Her character is definitely in question, I just don't see her having the stomach for it. Just a hunch.

I would assume that any normal woman would ask her boyfriend why he's stopping at trash bins on Albany avenue (i believe he made 6 stops) and throwing out trash bags. We have trash pickups in Farmington and she knows that. They are refusing to take off her monitoring anklet because they know she is a flight risk.

Fotis Dulos murdered his ex wife and then killed himself as he was a narcissist who could not cope with the narcissistic injury of a failing business and impending murder trial. My thoughts are with Jennifer’s family. RIP Jennifer.

As someone from Connecticut, we all know he murdered Jennifer. She had no enemies, no hatred, and no other possibilities other than him. I can’t even say his name. CT residents are absolutely devastated by this story.
It is so sad that they still can't find her! I used to live in Farmington. I moved a few towns over, but I know they were recently searching for her, but still nothing. It is so sad.

Recently I have been watching a lot of true crime like this and it really shows some differences in men and woman. There are so many husband, ex husbands, boyfriends and ex boyfriends and it is so upsetting. It is very weird and upsetting how often these men act so irrationally and heartless. They could easily divorce these woman or in this case if he wanted custody of the kids he could simply follow the rules given to him. (Of course not all men are murders and woman can be murders too but I’ve noticed a lot of men happen to be the killer in these cases.)

I feel like he was such a big narcissist that to him killing himself while not convicted of murder was better than being alive and convicted. Knew that he couldn’t manipulate people while being alive so he tried to do so by dying.
I think maybe he didn’t intend to actually die. Imagine how a suicide attempt and a note proclaiming innocence would look in court if he survived. It would most likely manipulate the jury into thinking perhaps he truly was innocent.

@ 6:45 ... the relationship turned toxic once they didn't see eye to eye about parenting styles. That specifically happened to me as well. My ex and I were pretty much a match all the way till we had a child and realized our parenting styles were completely different. We would argue about it and eventually we ended up really disliking each other. Now I realized that "parenting" would be a topic to bring up before starting a new relationship.

Or worse yet, the Kelsey Berreth case where the guy bludgeoned the mother of his child (right in front of the child I believe) and then sent his despicable girlfriend to clean up the crime scene and she claimed she purposely left a spot of blood for detectives to find and also purposely turned the phone on to ping a cell tower just to help with the murder investigation as she was taking part in and covering up said murder. She knew about it beforehand, tried to poison Kelsey herself but failed. They had to let that piece of trash woman off basically just to get information out of her to convict the guy of murder.

The fact that he still had a pulse at all makes me wonder if perhaps he didn’t quite time it as well as he’d thought, and he accidentally actually did kill himself. Food for thought.

in the movie "double jeopardy" one of the spouses drew a few quarts of blood over time to fake a crime scene. The total amount of blood found on the scene was used as proof that one of the spouses was dead (as no one could survive that much loss of blood at one time)

I think it's 50/50, I don't know if she knows for sure, I think he had her pretty well fooled (narcissists are convincing, I was married to one, who will tell you I am one - go figure) and it's perfectly possible she doesn't actually know where Jennifer is. It's perfectly possible she didn't know what they were getting rid of until she got into the car to go with him to dispose of those trash bags. He could have spun her any tale - Jennifer took her own life, or she came at me and I had to defend myself, etc, so she was just going to help him get rid of the crime scene evidence - which makes sense, because if she really did unwittingly clean it up, she's screwed too so her helping him get rid of the sponges and stuff makes sense, he could have threatened her that he'd bring her down too. That doesn't mean she knows where Jennifer is, she could have been Accessory After The Fact and even not been there when he got rid of the body - but that also doesn't mean she doesn't know where she is. He could have told her after as well - but then again, do we believe anything he'd tell her? No. So unless she actually helped hide the body, I don't think she knows where it is, and I don't think she has the stomach for it. The way he was dividing up the evidence like that makes me think he did the same with the body and I don't think Michelle could deal with disposing of rotting pieces of a body of another brunette woman of similar build, I just don't see that being something she could handle. Then again, what sort of lowlife woman steals a man who has 5 kids and moves their kid in with him? So she's not smelling like a rose. Recently I have been watching a lot of true crime like this and it really shows some differences in men and woman. There are so many husband, ex husbands, boyfriends and ex boyfriends and it is so upsetting. It is very weird and upsetting how often these men act so irrationally and heartless. They could easily divorce these woman or in this case if he wanted custody of the kids he could simply follow the rules given to him. (Of course not all men are murders and woman can be murders too but I’ve noticed a lot of men happen to be the killer in these cases.)

I feel like he was such a big narcissist that to him killing himself while not convicted of murder was better than being alive and convicted. Knew that he couldn’t manipulate people while being alive so he tried to do so by dying.
I think maybe he didn’t intend to actually die. Imagine how a suicide attempt and a note proclaiming innocence would look in court if he survived. It would most likely manipulate the jury into thinking perhaps he truly was innocent.

@ 6:45 ... the relationship turned toxic once they didn't see eye to eye about parenting styles. That specifically happened to me as well. My ex and I were pretty much a match all the way till we had a child and realized our parenting styles were completely different. We would argue about it and eventually we ended up really disliking each other. Now I realized that "parenting" would be a topic to bring up before starting a new relationship.

Idk, I think if I was falsely accused of murder and had to go through all the trials and knowing I'd possibly be put in jail for something I didn't do, my mind would 100% go to that place (he is definitely guilty though)
Innocent people who feel railroaded and are branded as guilty may see that as their only way out. The whole world thinking you’re guilty will definitely take a turn on your mental health. However in this case he was guilty.

Yes! Chris Watts girlfriend knows way more than she's letting on. I was shocked to see the gf in this case literally cleaning a murder scene! Makes me wonder how often the girlfriends of these killers cooperate in the murders. Unbelievable. She was only searching for things related to their getting married. He told her he was in the process of finalizing a divorce with shannan. Nicole didn’t have anything to do with the murders. Michelle, in this case however, at the very least knowingly cleaned up the crime.

Or worse yet, the Kelsey Berreth case where the guy bludgeoned the mother of his child (right in front of the child I believe) and then sent his despicable girlfriend to clean up the crime scene and she claimed she purposely left a spot of blood for detectives to find and also purposely turned the phone on to ping a cell tower just to help with the murder investigation as she was taking part in and covering up said murder. She knew about it beforehand, tried to poison Kelsey herself but failed. They had to let that piece of trash woman off basically just to get information out of her to convict the guy of murder.
